Good services and friendly staff. Been coming here for a year

The doctor examined me thoroughly. All the staff provided excellent service. The clinic was clean and met high standards. I highly recommend it.

The doctor was good, the staff was good, but the pimple extraction was terrible. I thought it would get better, but I ended up with more breakouts than before, with many more clogged pores and inflamed pimples. Even the laser treatment for scars didn't change anything; it looked exactly the same. I didn't see any change. Maybe it's because I only went once, I'm not sure. But shouldn't there be at least some visible result?
