This clinic is a complete waste of time and money. After paying a lot for braces, my teeth were still not properly aligned when they took them off — it was clearly rushed and not done with care. The staff are incredibly unprofessional, often joking around and acting like they don’t take their jobs seriously. The dentist is always late with no explanation or respect for patients’ time. On top of all that, they constantly push expensive, useless products that do nothing. It feels like a money grab more than a proper dental clinic. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff provided excellent service, offering good advice and attentive care. The doctor gave great recommendations. I even bought some mouthwash to take home; it was sweet and not spicy. I appreciated the massage chairs available while waiting, and the complimentary snacks and refreshing sweet drinks. The restrooms were very clean, and I noticed the equipment in the room was spotlessly clean.

The doctor is lovely, the staff are lovely, and it's very clean.

Today I met a new dentist. He's very skilled, calm, and takes great care of his patients. I really like him! For my next appointment, I'd like to see Dr. Yuthakit again.
