It's a leading department store with everything you could want.

It's a big mall, great, has everything you need. They constantly hold festivals and events. It's crowded and there's a lot of traffic on weekends, making parking a bit difficult. On weekdays, there are very few people walking around, almost too empty to walk, but why are there still so many cars parked there? 🤔 …

The staff followed the rules so well, we were so happy, almost to cry. I really needed to pee and asked to use the restroom, but the staff said it was only open during mall hours and told me to go somewhere else. I really appreciate that, because they wouldn't break the rules for something as trivial as what happened to me. And it was good that the mall's air conditioning was quite warm, so I only got to use the restroom occasionally.
