I had a great experience at this salon. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive, professional, and caring. The only downside is that the pricing is not very transparent for manicures and pedicures. In my opinion, it would be much better to have an all-inclusive price that covers the essential steps of the service, such as nail trimming and basic care. At first, you see a price of 550 THB, but by the end of the appointment, the total is much higher because extra charges are added for things that are usually included at most salons. A clearer, all-inclusive pricing structure would make the experience even better.

Excellent service, respectful staff, tidy, organized, and quiet place. Prices are high.

Today I walked in and the salon was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service from the moment I entered. The nail service was quick and efficient, the design was a 10/10, and the mint-scented spa was amazing – so relaxing and soothing! I forgot to ask the nail technician's name, but she was so accommodating and did everything I asked for. Simply fantastic!

The gel polish application matched the reference color perfectly. I was very impressed with Tuddtu! She provided a sample and I was able to follow it completely. Very talented!

Really really LOVE this Nail Salon! I planned a special Father Daughter day last Wednesday, initially with lunch and treatments at a Nail Salon in Terminal 21. That Salon was permanently closed, and since the other salons over there were not what I had in mind, I searched the net and luckily found Nail Care (again Pattaya). This is literally the BEST Nail Salon I have ever been to in Thailand, and abroad!! The employees are very friendly, professional and their work is impeccable! The Salon is luxurious, there is a lot of choice in wonderful treatments and we just sat back undergoing them and listening to the perfect background music. If I lived here, this would have been my Nail Salon to visit on a frequent basis but as a tourist I can gladly say I will be back every time I visit Pattaya. Years ago I always went to a Nail Salon in Royal Garden Plaza, but Nail Care (again Pattaya) simply just nails it on all fronts. Dear Employees, please keep up the good work and wish your business to flourish more and more so I will be able to visit you every holiday :)
