I'm very impressed. This was my first treatment for frozen shoulder, and I wasn't disappointed at all with the treatment here. Dr. Nat and Dr. May helped treat my frozen shoulder using acupressure massage. In the first session, my frozen shoulder was 80% resolved. I went from being unable to lift my arm at all to being able to lift it again. The only remaining issue is being unable to lift my arm behind my back, so I need to continue for a second session to achieve 100% recovery. Thank you to the doctors here for helping to treat and resolve my condition.

This was my first time trying this massage service. The initial assessment and questioning process was very attentive, and there were several therapists available. However, during the actual massage, I guess I was unlucky and got a therapist who wasn't focused on treating my pain. During the massage, I didn't feel any pressure points being hit or any pain relief. It just felt like they were applying oil and balm, gently rubbing and touching my skin. They didn't focus on the specific pain points I'd inquired about. The therapist kept talking to other people, walking around frequently. The hot compress was reused from the next bed, not hot at all, and only lasted less than 5 minutes, which was ineffective. They kept saying things like, "Your condition isn't severe, it's mild. I could easily handle 20 clients like this a day…" I just lay there silently, wanting to end the massage. In the last 10 minutes, another therapist came to help, and they commented, "Wow, you're small but very tense." They tried their best to massage the painful points, and I felt a little better, but it was over quickly. In summary, this was my first experience, and I felt it wasn't worth it. 40 minutes of ineffective treatment for 550 baht. I regret spending the money. Looking back, the other therapists seemed much better than the one I had.
