I visited Yada Clinic a few days ago for their promising Hydrafacial treatment. In the beginning they did a face evaluation with new machines, and showed me my face, which was very cool. Then they did the Hydrafacial. The place was clean, The team was nice. But, First of all, the price is super expensive compared to other clinics. But to be honest, I didn’t find anyone else that offers Hydrafacial. The result was very disappointing. My skin started to have pimples after, it didn’t shine better, it didn’t peel, and to be honest, it didn’t even look cleaner. It’s not like this place is bad, it’s a decent clinic. But I was expecting much more, to be fully honest.

I go to Yada Clinic for NAD+ drip therapy, and it is always a great experience from start to finish. The team there makes the whole process smooth and comfortable, and the clinic feels clean and professional. I appreciated that they explained the IV treatment clearly and made sure the drip was administered gently. NAD+ therapy itself left me feeling noticeably refreshed and more energized afterward, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

Dr Yada is excellent and the staff are even better. There are many choices and ones I’ve done are all great. I’m a repeat customer.

(0/5 if I could) This was by far the worst skincare/IV experience I’ve ever had. Acne Extraction: • The technician had no proper technique. She pushed all her body weight into my face, forcing my head backward each time. • Her fingers dug deep into my skin, leaving me bruised and in pain. • She used the extraction tool so aggressively that it actually scraped my chin and caused jaw pain because of the angle she was pushing from above my head. • I’ve had extractions done in the U.S. many times before and they were never this rough or damaging. This felt unprofessional and careless. IV Drip: • They attempted to insert the needle three separate times, missing the vein badly (by about 2 inches). • I now have bruising from the failed attempts. • The most alarming part: there was AIR left in the tube during setup, which is extremely dangerous and could cause serious harm. • Overall, the IV process felt unsafe and reckless. Other Issues: • I asked to refund the unnecessary “laser add-on” since I no longer trusted them, but they refused. • Staff seemed untrained in patient safety or comfort.
