You could be a bit more selective with your employees. Even just a little screening would be good.

The staff provided terrible service. They talked the entire time during the 2-hour massage. They spoke rudely and were rude.

They've been talking for 40 minutes now. My head is splitting. How can there even be any talk of relaxation? Total negativity. Half the massage was just waving her arms around, pointing in the right direction. I'll never come here again. Everything is terrible.
