Received an excellent 2 hour Thai Massage. The massage lady was excellent. The facilities were excellent… So, yes my experience was Excellent

This sauna has increased their price enormously from 250 to 550 baht . It was very quite. I think it's too overpriced now. Sorry I go somewhere else now

I have visited this sauna many times over the years whenever I traveled here. At one point, I even came 11 days in a row because I enjoyed the place. However, during one visit, a staff member accused me of being the person who had been looking into the women's changing room. I have never done anything like that. Instead of properly confirming the facts, they confronted me with the accusation. Later, a female manager told me that a staff member had "seen" such behavior and warned me to be careful. Being falsely accused of something so serious was extremely humiliating and upsetting. Even after it became clear that I denied the accusation, there was no sincere apology or explanation—just a casual “sorry” as if it were no big deal. This experience completely destroyed my trust in this place. Respecting customers should be the most basic standard of service, and falsely accusing someone without clear evidence is unacceptable. I will never return, and I cannot recommend this sauna to anyone. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I visited this sauna many times every time I came here. Even after I categorically denied the accusations, I didn't receive a sincere apology or any explanation. I was only casually told "sorry," as if nothing serious had happened. After this incident, I completely lost trust in this place. Respect for customers is the foundation of any service, and accusing someone without compelling evidence is completely unacceptable. I will never return here again and I cannot recommend this sauna to anyone. This was the worst level of service I have ever encountered.

Very clean facility. Friendly staff. Well organized. It's worth spending your free time at the Mari Jari Sauna & Spa. Good restaurant. Acceptable prices.

Infiltrating Russia Conclusion: It was just expensive. Entrance fee 550 baht, no water, no fruit, nothing. No hair dryer either. The sauna was hot, the water was cold. I was drawn to Russian saunas, but saunas in Russia, Europe, and Asia are all pretty much the same. Since I was there, I tried Russian food. It was a bit of a mixed bag; I'm not sure if it suited Japanese tastes or not. It seemed healthy, though. But it was a good experience.
