I want to leave my review!) 🤗 I've been living in this wonderful condo for 1.5 years now!) And I want to thank the owners, the management company, and every employee, starting with security and everyone who creates order and a cozy, homey atmosphere!) ❤️🙏 The entire staff is simply wonderful! If I have any questions, they immediately help me solve them! Thank you all for what you do! You are the best! ❤️🙏🫰

Best place and very clean place has especial atmosphere with awesome pool and Jacuzzi act as a hotel 5min for 7elaven supermarket 10min jomiton beach

This is a special atmosphere, close to Pattaya's dynamically developing Jomtien Beach, excellent location, everything is close to the house, with a beautiful inner garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, which are available, the staff is willing, they are available quickly, everything is maintained . I would like to share some photos of a beautiful apartment. I think is important to note is that: this is not a hotel! There are privately owned apartments here.

If your buying condominium make sure you check the property every corner, cause if you ask them to fix it they will not do, not in good faith, its money money talk not the Orient but the developer. The property is clean well maintained .Khun Poeng one of the staff can speak English can assist you. If your going to rent be smart coz agents have different price quotation. The Central fee must be paid at the right time because if you can't they don't care even your a co-owner your not allowed to park your car inside wherein not good , they can be charged you for penalty but then let you park inside the building. The Orient condominium no consideration for co-owners of the unit, if you ask to do something, they will politely reject you because you don't pay the Central fee , however, maybe if you paid on time, they will be nice. So no favor, no public relation for people buying the condo unit. I lived here for getting 1 year I use the Pool 1 time as well as the gym. Foreigners likes to be treated well esp.if you buy your unit there.

Was built in 2018.. communal always clean and kept well maintained. Rooms are 35sq ft and have 78sq ft rooms also.. the communal consists of swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and small sauna.. in regards to this is great value in my opinion.. walking distance to local shops and jomtien beach road is not far..

Br brand new exclusive beautiful place nice swimming pool this is for families who have children you can behave because if you are a brat nature of you out and you have to sleep outside

I died and was saved at Bangkok hospital even after informing ur security guard of my disability unable to walk situation when I order grab they refuse to bring them or let them up prevent someone with serious medical issue from eating and taking his medication this is just the worst seems they are lazy

Perfect Condo for >6 month stay. Close to the city but enough far away for privacy and quiet evenings
