For this being a 5-star hotel, we were disappointed with the service we received. The location and amenities are lovely, but the service was far from that. Breakfast could be improved as it’s very mediocre despite there being many options. Also, the hotel sends a survey after your trip with a discount incentive, however, they never sent it and said I must email them directly to book and receive a discount which is inconvenient. From beginning to end, nothing went smoothly and it is highly unlikely we would ever return. Upon arrival, the bell hop workers immediately grabbed and tagged our bags. They were very attentive. I walked to the reception desk and saw several workers behind a computer, not tending to any guests as I was the only one there at the moment and not a single employee acknowledged or welcomed me. I waited a while until finally asking Irina if she could help me check-in. She gestured yes. She was unfriendly and very slow to complete the process. Some man interrupted as she was checking me in and she stopped helping me completely although there were plenty of other workers behind the desk who were free. My husband and I mentioned we were there for his birthday and she responded saying the hotel only does something if we are staying on his actual birthday and since we were checking out the next day they would not do anything. Irina then charged me a second time for the hotel room despite having told her and shown her proof that we already paid online directly through the hotel website. Later she phoned the room to say I would be refunded the lesser amount I originally paid. I chose this hotel for the deal I was promised online yet was overcharged when I arrived. This feels like I was scammed to pay more. Such a terribly dishonest way to do business. The morning of the check-out, the hotel staff brought my husband a birthday cake. We felt grateful and decided to extend because we wanted to see more of the hotel and hopefully have a better experience. I used a third party website to avoid being scammed directly by the hotel again. There were no issues with the third party. I would like to highlight that the young woman who assisted with issuing new key cards for the extended stay was incredibly professional, efficient and kind. I mentioned this to her superior Chief Reception. As for the housekeeping, I appreciate that the woman respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign and placed a card under the door with information on how to get the room cleaned later. When we asked for it to be cleaned, she was nearby. We informed her that we left her a cash tip on the dresser. She nodded but I wasn't sure she understood. I repeated it and she rudely said "yeah I know okay." She never said thank you but seemed upset. We noticed when we returned to the room that the free toiletries left in the bathroom were all removed. We had to go buy the items like a toothbrush and shampoo/conditioner that were taken. The company replied saying they are certain nothing was removed but we are certain the free toiletries were gone and to our knowledge no one else had access to the room. Since this is how the company responds to free (hotel provided) missing items, I am grateful I habitually lock up all of my personal items. The next morning at check-out we had our hands full carrying out our bags and she chased me down the hall asking me to fill out a survey about her. She had her full name written on a hotel notepad for me to mention her. She did not care that this was incredibly inconvenient for me. I was obviously physically unwell and struggling with my bags but she cornered me to fill out a paper form. The comments I wrote were true on the form but the manner in which this was achieved was completely unethical and unprofessional. Location: it’s easy to order grab for food deliveries and there’s a few restaurants on-site as well as nearby off the beach. Other than that it’s pretty secluded. Rooms: beds were comfortable, air con runs well, and the views were beautiful.

It’s a city in a city .. 4 hotels .. next to the beach .. 2 infinite pools- never seen such a big infinity pool.. water/ocean/beach side restaurant and sit outs 4 different hotels in the same resort it’s amazing 10 min drive to jomtian beach and Pattaya beach (depends on traffic as well) The only challenge it’s away from local market area or any 7/11 stores So if u wish to go out u need a cab!! Else no need to go out everything available at this beach hotel !!

Amazing place in Thailand. This is one of the wonderful place and site I have seen in Thailand. Neat rooms, professional staff. Definitely recommend this place . I have decided to come every year to this particular place for stay.

Amazing amazing hotel very kind, sweet and helping staff very hygiene worth the money no restrictions on the no. Of bottles or vanity or neccesities amazing service and it's quick too have courtesy cars too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

This is our fourth time staying at The Terrace, and I love everything about this place—the pool, the gym, the rooms, the restaurant, the staff at the entrance, and even the well-cared-for frangipani trees. Most importantly, the warm and heartfelt service from the staff is the biggest reason I keep coming back—I truly miss them. The excellent location allows for such a beautiful and spacious hotel, making it a true vacation resort. I’m already planning my fifth stay!
