Terrible service. They were constantly on their phones and rarely smiled. They had blank expressions, as if they didn't want to serve.

The shop's decor is unique and unlike any other. The bath and onsen treatments are incredibly relaxing. All the masseurs are professional and skilled, providing a truly blissful experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing, you could spend the whole day napping – the pillows are soft, and everything is spotlessly clean. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it; I give it 100/100. Next time, I'll try the ear spa, head massage, and foot spa treatments. The owner is lovely.
