This time, the staff asked my boyfriend if he wanted an additional massage, like a handjob, etc. The shop called to apologize, saying the staff was new and didn't know that it was a standard massage. Don't you have any rules about this at your shop? I took my boyfriend there for a regular massage. I was going to review that the massage was good because the masseuse was excellent, but this was really not okay. My boyfriend was shocked and upset, and I was just as shocked, upset, and angry.
