I’ve visited ChanChao Massage many times and usually have a good experience, as the staff knows I need a strong massage for my back and shoulders. Today was very disappointing. I asked for a strong massage, but the therapist barely used pressure and did not help my back pain at all. After the oil massage, she also touched my hair with oily hands without washing them first, leaving my clean hair greasy. Another issue is that I often feel very cold here because the air conditioning is too strong. I have asked several times for an extra towel to cover my legs, but they are often unable to provide one, which is uncomfortable during the massage. I don’t understand why a hair cap is provided if the client’s hair still gets covered in oil. Very disappointing experience this time.

The price went up to 450 baht for an hour, but this place is definitely a great spot for massages. It's so refreshing!

I experienced the same thing. Recently, they hired a completely new person who knew absolutely nothing.

I've had dozens of massages in Thailand, and this was the worst one I've ever had. Before I went, I read reviews saying some people had encountered inexperienced masseuses who gave terrible massages, but there were also many positive reviews. I thought the shop would improve and I wouldn't be that unlucky. My husband and I took a taxi there and chose a 2-hour session (700 baht per person). Everything was incredibly disappointing. The masseur who massaged my husband was barely passable (only 60 points), which my husband felt was a waste of money. The masseur who massaged me was a complete novice! He even had difficulty moving my bent leg, and I had no idea what kind of pressure he was applying. I could tell he was trying hard to meet my needs, but he lacked experience and skill. I sincerely suggest the shop train its staff properly before letting them serve customers; they need to have professional ethics. Every minute of those two hours felt like an eternity. I almost wanted to change it to a one-hour session but was too embarrassed to say so. I barely made it to the end before realizing they'd stolen 5-6 minutes of my massage time. This is truly a terrible shop; please choose carefully. Update: After a two-hour massage at this place, it felt like I hadn't gotten a massage at all; my legs, neck, and shoulders were still very uncomfortable. Later, I found a Nature Massage place on the second floor of the food court next door and decided to go in for a 90-minute refill. The difference was night and day!! I highly recommend everyone spend a little more money and go to the Nature Massage place at the intersection! It made me spend twice the time and money; it makes me so angry! 😤

Good service, but the front desk was a bit noisy.

I was very disappointed with my recent massage experience. They hired someone who was completely inexperienced. They didn't even know where to place their fingers or anything else. At first, other masseuses whispered instructions, but after a while, they just let it slide. They were basically just circling their knuckles on my feet repeatedly, which I didn't really understand. When I went in, my feet were just sore, but when I left, they were in pain and my ankles were bruised. If a masseuse isn't ready, they shouldn't be giving massages to clients. It was a waste of time, money, and a very disappointing experience.

It was great! The staff were lovely, and the masseuse was excellent. She gave a very gentle massage as requested, which was very relaxing. I'll definitely come back again.
