The masseuse‘s attitude was terrible. That was the worst massage experience ever in Thailand. The masseuse misunderstood me. I tried to use google translate to communicate with her. She didn’t listen and spoke to the manager rudely and loudly. I explained to the manager about the situation and then finally she understood me and apologized to me. But not the masseuse. This happened a few months ago and I tried to let it go but couldn’t. Everytime I saw the massage place, the negative feeling appeared.

Professional, clean, polite... Everything you could want in terms of a good massage. All the masseuses seem well trained and experienced. I think it is the best massage establishment in the area.

The shop owner came to take the queue herself. I booked a shared room, but when I arrived, she said it was full. Then, twice in a row, I got a private room, even though I always booked the shared room. Most recently, I got an upstairs room that wasn't suitable for the hot weather. I'm very disappointed because I asked the masseuse if the shared room was full, and she said it wasn't. If the shop owner is this dishonest, I won't add to my membership again next time. I'm very upset.

The spa here offers excellent massages. The place is clean, there are many masseuses, and the service is superb.
