Penguin does amazing nail art! The nail shapes are gorgeous, it didn't hurt at all, and the overlay was perfect. They matched the colors exactly as I showed them in the reference picture. They even advised me on whether the colors suited my skin tone. They're very talkative and friendly, explaining everything I asked. It was a very relaxed experience. Highly recommend!
