The staff are incredibly patient, friendly, and professional, they really take their time and give you helpful advice to make sure you get the look you want. I never felt rushed or ignored, which is so rare these days. The atmosphere is beautiful, cozy, and very relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind. They even offer free water and snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch! I got my nails, lashes, and a spa treatment done, and I loved every service. Everything was done with care and attention to detail. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. 10/10!! loved the service, atmosphere, and especially the friendly staffs! did my nails and lashes here with k’bee. she was so detailed with my nail design and made me feel very comfortable. they offered water and the sofa was super comfy, didnt even realize i was sitting for couple of hours. its also pet friendly i brought my dog here they took such good care of her too. will definitely come back and recommend to my friends. biggest fan of smooch bangkok❤️

I've got my nails done by P'Sao, and she was super helpful and thorough! I had lots of designs I wanted but couldn't decide which to get, but P'Sao did her magic and brought everything to life. I really appreciate it. On top of that, the nail techs here are all friendly and polite. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Today, I have tried eyelash extensions here. The shop is very clean, the atmosphere of the shop is good. The technician is very light. The work that comes out is very satisfied. I like it very much. There is a dessert water for customer service as well

i got medium length gelx nails w a design and they were so patient w me! my design was a bit intricate so they weren’t able to do everything but we easily adjusted and my nail tech was able to create a beautiful christmas nail set
