My first massage experience was amazing! The therapist had perfect pressure and gave excellent advice. They even chose a massage oil scent based on my elemental type, as they do a elemental analysis before the massage. I also had a herbal steam bath, which was great for sweating. The price was reasonable, the shop was clean and smelled nice, and there was parking available. ✨🩷

I feel like I "wasted my money." I chose the head massage program, and I can't believe the salon made me wash my hair outdoors in such scorching heat. The sun, the heat, the glare – my first impression was ruined. I wanted to walk out and go home. During the massage, I was expecting a head massage, but it felt like they only focused slightly on my head and put more pressure on my neck, shoulders, and upper back, which I didn't like. I chose the head massage because I wanted a head massage, not a neck, shoulder, and upper back massage. When they were blow-drying and combing my hair, the brush kept hitting my head and scraping my scalp repeatedly. And when they were combing my tangled hair, there was a jerky motion that hurt. I will never go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff weren't terrible; they were doing their job, but the salon's layout and space are a complete failure. They don't consider customer comfort at all.

This was my first time getting a Gua Sha massage here, and I was very impressed with the masseuse, P'Yen. My face wasn't swollen after the treatment, and I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I'll definitely be back for more services.
