Very happy with the service. This was my first time going to this Subaru service centre, and they were excellent from start to finish. The service staff spoke English and communicated everything clearly and effectively, which made the whole process very easy. They fixed all of the issues I raised and kept me informed along the way. They replaced the driver-side automatic seat electronics, which were broken, for only $50. They also oiled the squeaky seat, fixed wiring issues in the driver-side windshield pillar, and even cleaned the engine bay. Overall, very good service — professional, thorough, and great value. I would definitely return and recommend them.

I started using the dealership a few months ago after buying my Subaru Forester. The staff are very kind and helpful and keep you informed of what is happening. The dealership is spotlessly clean and the building is nice and modern. I have been very impressed by the service, quality and price. Thank you.

I have just called to ask for the service. I might not ask the right question as my Thai is not as perfect. However, the first answer from your staff named Orn-anong really pissed me off. I requested you to check the conversation record. When i raised up my voice she then pretended to be more polite, but that's too late. This kind of staff needs more training but if its really from her attitude, I leave it with you as the big company to evaluate her performance.

Good service but do book ahead of time as they can get quite busy

The Forester in 2016, glitches and glitches. Today, tell them that the engine wobbles, and ask me to replace all the ignition coils and injections, and I will probably need a new engine next time. As Subaru's GSA in Thailand, their service is not satisfactory.
