They have a heavy hand. I've had small pimples squeezed before and the marks faded overnight, but here I got more inflamed pimples. They didn't squeeze the pimples next to my nose. The shop isn't called Aytanic, which undermines its credibility.

On my first visit, P'Aem provided excellent care and consultation. The acne extraction was superb; it didn't cause any further inflammation. My skin peeled beautifully, leaving it smooth and even after applying the solution. The after-sales service was excellent; they weren't pushy and were open to consultations before treatment.
