I purchased a 5-session skin exfoliation package for 5,000 baht at the end of 2025, but never had the time to go. I planned to go in June 2026. I spoke with a staff member on May 21st about coming on June 3rd at 12:00 PM. Then, on June 2nd, 2026, a staff member called to say there was no room available; a room was only available at 3:00 PM. They had already booked the appointment. I marked it on my calendar, but I had other commitments. It's unacceptable to be informed like this just one day before the appointment. When I messaged them to complain, the only response was "Okay..."

The spa staff provided excellent service, and the spa rooms were beautiful and private. I paid full price, without any discount. After my first visit, I was persuaded to buy a course, which I did because I liked the service. However, on my second visit, they tried to sell me additional courses. In short, I had to pay extra every time I went, even though I had already purchased an expensive course costing tens of thousands of baht. I didn't experience any relaxation at all. Although the spa massage staff were excellent, this kind of aggressive sales tactics is unacceptable. I'd rather forfeit all my existing courses for peace of mind and find a new spa that isn't so pushy. It was a very disappointing experience.

I recommend Giant's Fish Bomb! Everything is clean, served hot, and the oil is changed daily. You can tell the staff how crispy you want it.

(Translated by Google) The service was good, but the hard-selling staff tried to push me into buying a 10-session package. When I refused, they offered me 5 sessions. When I refused again, they offered me 3 sessions. When I refused for the millionth time, they offered me 1 session. It's ridiculous. They complained about the low customer numbers. Other places are fighting a price war, but this place is running a luring promotion. A 15-minute session isn't enough, and they're pushing a premium price of 15,000-30,000 baht to first-timers. The first impression was already ruined, so it's no surprise that the reviews are even worse. I feel sorry for the staff member who provided the massage service. They took good care of me. But with the ship's failure, I'll share this story. I won't go again. (Original) Good service, but the employees are hard at sales. They tried to force me to buy a 10-session package. Here's a review from my experience. I went in initially to get a relaxing massage. I asked about the prices of each treatment to help me decide. The salesperson was pushing a 10-session course. "Hello!!! I've never had a massage at your place before. When I declined, they offered me 5 more sessions. The relaxation I was expecting was ruined. They were so pushy. The volcanic stone soak was about 3,500++ baht per session, according to the price list. I didn't want the hot stones, but opted for the aromatherapy, which was 1,500 baht per hour. Another woman came in, so I asked the salesperson who she was. She said she was the manager, and she was offering to sell me more volcanic stones. 🙄 I answered without interest. The manager asked if I wasn't okay with the price, and I said yes. He then pretended to ask the salesperson if they were offering a staff deal: a volcanic stone soak + aromatherapy massage for 4,000 baht (45 minutes of stone soak + 1 hour of aromatherapy). "Is that okay?" I was tired of listening to their pushy sales, so I just ignored them. What I didn't like was the way they joked with customers, calling them "mom." We didn't know each other, and we weren't even close. We couldn't tell the difference. When it came to the volcanic stone bath, we actually soaked for 15-20 minutes. Two staff members came in and helped cover the stones. Meanwhile, one massaged my head while the other waited and let me drink water. After the 15 minutes, they used the soaked stones to scrub each side of my body. It was 45 minutes, including the stone bath. I closed my eyes. When I opened them, they made eye contact and laughed again. What was that? They told me to turn over. I turned to see the staff members making eye contact and laughing again. What was that? Laughing at customers? What's this about customer etiquette? I'd seen it twice. Nothing was listed on the front of the store, but they presented a price quote. The changing room and shower were separate from the massage room, which meant there was no privacy for customers because the shop's attire wasn't appropriate, potentially allowing other customers to see each other in their inappropriate attire. When it came to the aromatherapy massage, the aromatherapy masseuse was another staff member, not the first two. I felt a bit better. This one was very good and polite, didn't provoke customers, and was a calming place for a massage. The only downside was that she didn't massage my stomach or chest, and didn't ask if I wanted a massage. Overall, the massage was good. But I thought I'd be forced to buy a volcanic stone bath afterward. Ten more times? It wasn't peaceful or relaxing at all. After the massage, I went back to get dressed and went to the bathroom. There was a hair dryer and cream, but no cream. The massage price wasn't cheap. The customer service items were empty jars of cream. Why didn't they check the supplies and refill them? The moisturizer and sunscreen were all in jars. The bathroom was clean, with rocks scattered on the floor. It was as expected. After the massage, they insisted on selling me a 10-session package and a volcanic stone bath. I immediately said no. They then offered me another 5-session aromatherapy massage. I immediately said no, because I wasn't comfortable with it.

The staff are lovely and the service is excellent. The volcanic stone spa is great, the massage therapist is skilled, and it was very relaxing.

I once took my mother there. After paying the initial fee, they insisted on selling us additional services, saying the initial treatments were useless and that we needed a more comprehensive course. We spent a long time discussing it before we finally agreed to pay so they could get it over with. Even after payment, the matter wasn't resolved (while my mother was receiving treatment, I waited at a restaurant). They had my mother call me back to the restaurant. When I told them I had ordered food and told my mother to come down, they confiscated her ID card (her official government documents). This is clearly something you could report to the police for, they wanted me to return to listen to their sales pitch again. This is terrible behavior. No matter how good your first-time customer promotion is, you won't dare return. Please improve this. This is feedback from one customer, and many others are mentioned in Google Maps reviews.

The spa was really good, but they overcharged a bit. I bought extra treatments, bringing the total to 3000 baht. In the end, I just soaked for about 15 minutes, which was worth 888 baht, but the extra was a massage. I felt disappointed afterwards. I should have read the reviews first. So sad.
