Great sport to unwind and relax. I’ve been coming here the past 3 years since training at superbon gym and finding out about this place from a friend at the gym. It offers a steam, dry sauna, cold plunge, hot pool and toilets and showers - also a small gym area. At first you enter and get given a locker key as get taken to the changing room to change into your appropriate attire. Upon getting seated in the main area you get given some fruit and an unlimited supply of iced tea.

Perfect temperature, cold pool, great for sauna enthusiasts.

Looking for a sauna for weight cutting. This is the place.

One of our favourite saunas in Bangkok! We like to visit on Sunday when there is not much traffic from Central Bangkok.

Hottest sauna I have ever been to. They have a treadmill too. Awesome place!
