The quality isn't much different from other places. The staff here are very pushy with their sales tactics — they can make you feel really uncomfortable, and you may end up buying something just to get it over with.

I love the foot spa here the most out of all the other places I've been to. However, I don't like the way they push sales packages. 😅 Personally, if the salon's skills are its strong point, but they fail at marketing, it's a shame. I really love the service, but the pressure to buy a 15,000 baht package from the first visit felt like pressure. Even if the service is excellent, I wouldn't be willing to come back again.

This was my first time here. The shop is cute, beautifully decorated, clean, and the staff are all lovely and provide great service. I had a foot spa, including cuticle trimming and exfoliation, which was very relaxing. 🥰 I loved it! The seating consists of massage chairs, which are super comfortable. Or if you're waiting for a flight, it's conveniently located nearby, perfect for a relaxing 1-hour spa treatment. 😍😍😍😍 I felt so light in my feet afterwards!

The restaurant is clean, the service is good, booking is easy, and parking is convenient. There are also many great restaurants nearby.

It was a terrible experience. The spa staff themselves were fine, but the staff trying to sell me courses were unbearable. They were so pushy. I bought the 699 baht package (they forced me to pay the full price when I booked). Once I arrived, they tried to sell me products worth over 2000 baht. What really angered me was when they asked, "You must be familiar with this brand, right? Because I see you've been to other places." I know Jo Malone and Chanel and have used them before, but is it appropriate to say that? Just because I wasn't wearing makeup, carrying a Dior bag, or driving a BMW today, doesn't that sound like an excuse? When I didn't upgrade the price, they just disappeared, going to chat in the next room. I asked for their Wi-Fi, but they were silent and didn't offer any further service. Wow, I've never encountered such rude staff at any spa. After the treatment, they made me sit in an inner room, pressuring me to buy more courses, and demanding a 7% VAT. The VAT itself wasn't the problem, but they didn't inform me beforehand. I could have paid it, but the person processing the bill had a really unpleasant expression. (The person who initially offered the inflated price) It's like the staff haven't been trained at all. Their attitude and service were terrible. Other services are also expensive. Gel removal costs 250 baht, other places remove it for free because it's a spa service, or it's no more than 100-200 baht (and the original gel polish was only half on my thumb, see picture). Gel polish starts at 600 baht (they said 500 baht in the inbox, is this the same shop?). OMG, they didn't explain what kind of colors I would get or how many colors. I've been to other salons with the same brand, and they didn't say what made it better. They just acted like they wanted to sell something. In short, I was going to post a review on my page, but I decided against it. There's nothing good about it; I'm disappointed every time. Terrible service, the staff are the worst. The results after the service are just average. The shop isn't fancy at all. When I refused because I live far away, they said they would open a branch nearby. Even if they opened one right next to my house, I wouldn't go there. The staff training is terrible. See picture; only half of my nail is gel polish, but they wanted to charge 250 baht. Run away! If you want to pay expensive prices, go to a hotel spa instead.

The shop is clean, and the service is very friendly. The skin removal was also very clean and thorough.
