Worst message I’ve ever had in my life. At first it was simply like touching, after demanding a harder press, the lady kept pushing her whole body against my body/stepping her feet on me while not pressing any actual acupoint. At some point I think it’s quite dangerous considering how unprofessional she has been. I had to tell the lady where to press and where the pain points are. I was left with an even more tired body and the price is so not worth it. I wished i had checked the reviews before coming.

This was the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. The masseuse had no idea what she was doing. Not only was the technique terrible, but she started off with no pressure at all, and after I asked her to apply more pressure, she began stepping on me and pressing down aggressively, almost as if in retaliation. It was not only painful but also extremely dangerous. I hope others stay cautious.

Is this store demand tips essentially? the woman who gave me the massage said ‘tip for me’. So i paid 5 aud to her. I thought tip was included in the price.

The head massage is this lady lightly scratching at the top of your head with less pressure than you would shampoo your own hair. I was ready for it to be over after 10mins. Simultaneously the most expensive and by far the worst massage I got in Thailand, maybe anywhere. Should have trusted the reviews

Very lousy and overpriced for the level of service. If possible i will not even give a star. Triple the price from downtown, which is expected since it is located at an airport. However, this is not acceptable if the massage quality and service level is lousy, especially if they shorten the massage timing that we’ve paid for. The masseuse was lazy, press one point for more than 30 seconds, and did not cover the main area. I came with my partner, we’re supposed to start together but mine started 10 minutes later and ended 5 mins earlier. So they basically charged me an hour massage for 45mins of service. The massage technique is not consistent as my partner and mine were quite different. After the massage, they were standing in front waiting for tips as though it is a given, my partner gave his but i did not give since it was so lousy. They had the cheek to ask why i did not tip 😓. I gave my feedback to the front counter and they were unapologetic, as though this is not the first time they are hearing this. Avoid this place if possible. We made the mistake of coming here without first checking the review as the sales lady were quite pushy.

Firstly: The massage was way too expensive. We paid 1000 THB for 30 minutes. We thought it would be worth it and did it. These women were really aggressive while massaging and now (12 hours later my back hurt worse than before) On top of that when we wanted to leave they were really intrusive to get a tip. So my partner took 20 THB out of his wallet.. she then said he should also tip her colleague and even more than 20 THB. I then told her that this is enough. Never going there again. We shouldn‘t have given them a tip!!!

I love the Thai massage places at the Bangkok airport. It's not the classic Thai massage, much gentler and I love it. That and the milk tea here really makes me choose Thai Airways over other airlines apart from their great service, decent food and punctuality. The airport is overall relaxing, but a 30 minutes massage during transit is doing wonders! Have been there several times already, everytime it was great, even my husband, a Singaporean likes it.

Massage was good, airport price but not too expensive. It may depend on who will be your massage but I got a really strong one which was a little too strong, sometimes a bit hurting. But they basically don’t speak English so you probably will have to go with it. I was asked for a tip and they didn’t let me go through until I gave them. I didn’t mind giving tips, but it was quite scary them saying “tip, tip, tip” so many times to you...might be a better choice to just go to cafe if you’re waiting for a transit.
