This has become my go-to massage place now. All the massage therapists are excellent; they hit the right spots, provide great service, and are attentive. They can handle both light and strong pressure well. In addition to massages, they also offer body scrubs using high-quality products that are gentle and non-irritating. Overall, it's a massage place I really like.

Bookings made but walk-ins accepted. Terrible! This is the first time I've ever encountered a shop doing this. It wasted our time. We booked for two people. When we arrived early, the front desk staff said there was only one therapist available because a walk-in had just arrived and was about to try and sell us an aromatherapy massage. ***This shows they knew there were bookings but still let walk-ins in without calling beforehand, waiting for us to arrive to try and sell us other services instead.***

Terrible experience. I had a reservation for 3:30 PM, but arrived at 3:20 PM. When I told them about my reservation, the front desk said I was late because they had just taken a walk-in client. They only offered me one therapist. I was with my girlfriend, and they acted like it was our fault for being late. They said there are plenty of other massage shops and we should go somewhere else. Their manners and way of speaking were awful.

The shop is clean and the masseuse is excellent. I really like it and will go again.

The massage was supposed to be two hours, but I was already exhausted after just one hour.

My first massage experience was amazing, and I was incredibly impressed with the masseuse, Pim. She was incredibly polite, spoke softly and gently, and gave excellent advice. I told her I had a sore arm after playing golf, and she gave me fantastic advice. She explained her massage technique – one that wouldn't cause pain but would effectively relieve the aches – and even recommended taking painkillers afterward if I developed a fever. I was so impressed; I've never met a masseuse who was so attentive to her clients. I highly recommend Pim; she's truly wonderful.

The PR staff were terrible, speaking as if they were unwilling to serve customers. However, the other staff member was lovely and provided good service, but I think this will be my only visit.
