Wanted to get a hair spa. Opt for the 90 mins but I know I didn’t get the full 90mins. From the time I step into the room till they are done drying my hair and seated back at the reception area. I still had 10 mins to go. The tools use to make noise to make me feel more relaxed wasn’t working. And the feather that roaming around my face, touching my face to give me a tickling feeling. I really did not enjoy that and do you use a new feather for every customer? Or would you care to explain how do you sterilize a feather that is used on every other customer’s face. I won’t say it’s not good. But I definitely had better hair spa especially in Vietnam. Maybe I just have a higher standard when it comes to hair spa. Sorry to say, Sensory have yet to meet my expectations.

Relaxing and unique experience.

I loved it! All the staff provided excellent service. The salon's atmosphere was fresh and fragrant, making me feel relaxed before my treatment. I especially loved the perfume used for shampooing. Also, as someone who suffers from ear congestion and migraines, this service improved my condition by about 80%. I'll definitely be back for another visit!

The atmosphere inside the salon was clean, and the staff were welcoming, smiling, and very polite. The massage therapist had good pressure and constantly asked if I was okay. The head spa room was quite private with curtains separating it from the massage area. I think I would definitely come back again. I believe it was worth the price I paid. I've been to places that were more expensive, but overall I wasn't as impressed as I was with this one.

The service was excellent, the shop was clean, and the process was meticulous and attentive. The staff were very helpful and lovely, taking care of the spa procedure. I felt special and very relaxed. I will definitely come again. Great!
