WORST MASSAGE SHOP IN PHUKET - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Total nightmare experience, absolute garbage service—never step foot here! It’s in a good location with nice decor, which tricked us into walking in, but what followed was the most terrible, infuriating massage I’ve ever had in my life. No greetings, no service, no one even helped with our shoes—basic hospitality is non-existent here! They dumped freezing cold water on my feet for a foot wash; when I asked for warm water, the masseuse snapped at me rudely and yelled "NO", then roughly grabbed my feet and wiped them with a dirty towel that’s clearly been used for countless people. Disgusting hygiene, utterly vile attitude! The massage was even worse—this masseuse has ZERO professionalism! She spent the entire time chatting nonstop with the male therapist next to her, staring around everywhere, and her hands were basically going through the motions. Her pressure was either painfully hard or so light it felt like nothing—complete random pressing with no skill at all. I came here to relax and unwind, but instead I left fuming with anger and more stressed out than ever. This is by far the WORST massage shop in Phuket, and this masseuse is the most unprofessional one I’ve ever met. SEE THE PICTURES, BOYCOTT THIS PLACE—don’t waste your money and ruin your mood here!

Very bad, rude attitude, you get paid at the begging so you can't complain after. They cut the time and massaseur just do a kind of lazy quick or horrible massage for money you have paid. They are so loud and don't respect customers. I don't recommend it as I went there last year and the girl was good but this time I took family and we all had bad experience twice. Gave it a chance, but I don't recommend for anyone else who wants to enjoy. Bad massage, don't tip

I had a very disappointing experience at this massage salon. The therapists kept talking to each other the entire time, which completely ruined any sense of relaxation. After finishing the full body massage, the therapist didn’t even wash her hands before moving on to my face — that’s absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve gotten quiet a few massages now in my trip to Phuket and this was honestly the worst one. I asked for Thai massage with oil, there was nothing Thai about it. It wasn’t even a proper basic oil massage and the staff is extremely rude. They’re not willing to listen to you at all. They act like they’re the best masseuses in the city without the knowledge or skills to back it up. Please don’t waste your money and instead go to better massage parlours near Bangla Road.

The receptionist at this shop was extremely rude and kept giving people condescending looks. It really feels like people in Thailand have changed a lot. As soon as I walked in, she signaled with her eyes for me to take off my shoes, then immediately told me the price and said “Pay first!” in a very rude tone. If it hadn’t been raining and I didn’t want to walk elsewhere, I would never have chosen this place. When I sat down and said I wanted to try some colors, she came over and said “One hand! One hand!” to me like that — completely lacking even the most basic professional manners. It was honestly very unpleasant. On top of that, the color selection was limited, and they were not very willing to help me choose.

Wish I read the reviews before stepping foot in here. Not friendly at all, the staff were laughing and talking throughout the entire service. Was taken upstairs to basically a room full of beds, no privacy, could see the people below in seven eleven eating their lunch. Terrible massage too

I had very bad experience with staff attitude and service. Even pedicure was below basic, without puffing and proper removing cuticles and cost is 800 Bhatt...!! The way the staff dealt with us was very bad.. I don't recommend this place at all...

Massage was good but the ambience was not at all conducive to relaxation. The two therapists continued to chat between them making it very difficult to relax and enjoy the massage. The ambient noise was way too much for a good massage, there was no relaxing music in the background. Had way better massages at a better or same price at other places.

I gave two stars because the shop looked great but that’s kind of where it ends the lady on the door looked like she didn’t want to be there no greeting just talking with a condescending tone the massage was okay but they wouldn’t stop talking to each other not even focusing on what there doing there are better shops around I wouldn’t come back to this place
