Yesterday my husband and I went to Elephant Beach + Mantra Spa. We absolutely loved it. It's better to just choose the glass bridge, because we chose just the observation deck, but we were tempted to pay extra, but we can't change that. Overall, the view is the same and everything is great. The observation deck is much less crowded and there's some shade, while the glass bridge has a better view, but the heat seems scorching. )))) I want to thank you for the service and customer focus; I've been with them since 2023. It's great that they remember your purchases and offer helpful advice. I'd like to give a special thank you to the guide, Karina; she's such a wonderful and amazing woman. We discovered a new side of Thailand, even though it's not our first time here. She was very well-read and explained everything beautifully. She showed us everything with care and warmth. We wanted to leave a review about the Avatar tour ❤️ The program was very packed, the views were stunning, and the elephants will remain in our memory forever ❤️ The transfers between locations weren't quick, BUT the time flew by with our wonderful guide, Alexey. We learned sooooo much about Thailand, the places we visited, the history of the royal family, and interesting facts about their lives. Thank you for having such a well-read guide with us throughout the entire trip 🌸 The organization was top-notch, everything was on time 👍🏻💯

Our family went on the "Avatar World + Hot Springs" tour on December 26, 2025. This was our third tour of the trip. It's probably difficult to compare the tours adequately, as they are all different, each interesting and memorable in its own way. And I have no regrets about any of them being unnecessary. But I can't help but praise the work of our guide, Olga; she simply made the trip excellent. She's a very engaging storyteller, a pleasure to listen to – she told us so many stories about Thailand itself, its history, the royal family, the economy, the lives of Thais, their daily life, their relationships, animals, and so much more. She's a very considerate person. We were traveling with a child, and she made every effort to accommodate everyone in the group. When there wasn't enough room for our child in the back of the vehicle during one of the trips, and we had to hold him on her lap, she arranged for us to sit with the child next to the driver for comfort. At each location, she came out and explained the story, explained the process, and agreed on the meeting, followed by free time (in the museum, pavilion visits are generally shared with a group—which is a huge plus, as the history makes the experience much more interesting and educational than just wandering around on your own). At each location, she offered her services to photograph the whole family, not just us individually. Overall, if I were to rate Olga's work on a scale of 5, it's a solid 10. I'd like to share some feedback about the agency's work. We went on two excursions: "Semilans" and "Phang Nga + Cheow Lan Lake." Pros: • We weren't charged a deposit for the excursions. • Quick booking. • Good guides. Cons: • Organization and large crowds. 1. On the "Phang Nga + Cheow Lan Lake" excursion, there was a miscommunication between the agencies regarding pickup times. We were told to arrive between 7:45 and 8:00 AM, but the bus with the rest of the group arrived at 7:00 AM. As a result, our couple was left waiting with an entire bus of sleepy people who had arrived on time, and it turned out we were late (even though we had arrived even earlier than the agency's scheduled time). I wouldn't want to be in the shoes of those people waiting for us. 2. I wouldn't recommend going on the "Semilans" excursion at all, because... The only thing less crowded is the Moscow metro during rush hour. The organization is streamlined, everything is safe, and the islands are beautiful, but when you can travel to the islands for the same price with GetYoyrGuide on a catamaran, in comfort, and with 20 times fewer people, why bother? We were extremely disappointed. To give you an idea of ​​the route to Semilan: - Pick up from your hotel at 5:30-6:30 - Arrive at the port on the mainland by 8:00 - 1.5 hours of wasted time, supposedly for breakfast, which is almost nonexistent and very poor. All this could be done in 15-30 minutes. But this is a streamed tour, which means there are a lot of people, and the organizers allow more time. - 1.5 hours by boat to the first island. If you get seasick, it's not recommended; it's a minibus among ships. And so on through the islands—huge crowds, no fun, no beautiful photos, no delicious food, and none of the things you see in the photos on the website. Just crowds, crowds, nausea on the boat. If that's what you're looking for, then of course, no problem. I'm attaching a couple of photos.

Excellent agency. We booked excursions to Bond Island and jet skiing. Both excursions were recommended through this agency. We didn't regret a single thing. Everything was perfectly organized, from the transfer to the excursion itself. There were lots of nice touches like cookies on the boat, fruit, water, and Coca-Cola. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend you to everyone.

I'd like to express my gratitude to TourGuide Phuket! We took three excursions. The prices were very reasonable. At the same time, everything was top-notch. Clear and fast. It's very convenient that you pay during the excursion. No need to fuss about pre-paying. You book and just wait for the transfer at the appointed time. I'd also like to thank Vitya. He's passionate about his work, keeping an eye on everyone, paying attention to everyone. He answers all our questions and takes great photos. Sofia accompanied us on the sightseeing tour. My family and I took the "Secrets of Krabi" tour. We saw a different side of Thailand, the mainland. The nature was stunning, we visited the Blue and Emerald Lakes, swam in a hot spring, and explored a prehistoric cave. The most challenging and memorable part was climbing the 1,260 steps to the Tiger Temple! But we made it, and we're so grateful to our guide, Vugar, for motivating us! The tour was excellently organized, and I highly recommend it.

Yesterday we went on the "World of Avatar" tour, and I'd like to leave a review. The tour was very eventful, with many interesting locations. Swimming with the elephants and the hot springs were beyond praise. Regarding the first, I loved how the elephants splashed in the water like little babies, basking in the water; you could pet and cuddle them to your heart's content. The show with the talented elephant Arbuzinka and her kisses were also memorable. The second was the hot springs. They were simply out of this world. Firstly, it's a luxurious place, and secondly, the contrast bathing in a pool at 40-60 degrees Celsius, followed by the icy water, gives you a pleasant dizziness, and your whole body relaxes. I didn't want to leave! Special thanks to our guide, Vera – she's very friendly and communicative, ready to answer all our questions. Thank you very much. A few shortcomings that, if addressed, would improve the tour. First, we were sitting at the back of the bus (it turned out there were no other seats available), and it was very hard to hear the guide; we had to strain and listen constantly. Despite the guide's efforts, we missed many parts of the story. My suggestion is that the guide definitely needs a separate microphone. Second, I would have liked more information during the museum tour (history, details about the exhibits). Obviously, this part of the tour is new, but I would like to see it improved. 🔥😊 Thank you! 🙏

We took the 6 Island Jet Sky tour and it was perfect! We had a private transfer in an SUV and were driven comfortably. We had coffee, received instructions, and then headed to the pier. The guides spoke Russian, which was a plus! The jet skis were excellent, so off we went! We had a spectacular 25-kilometer ride and visited the islands—they were beautiful! Bounty! Everything was organized perfectly. I highly recommend it!
