Let's Relax Spa - Phuket (The Sis Kata)

Located inside The Sis Kata, this place is very convenient for guests to get a massage. However, it's extremely popular, and there are no walk-in appointments. So I booked a later time, told the front desk I wanted an aromatherapy massage, and paid a deposit. When I arrived early for my appointment, I discovered the front desk hadn't confirmed my session options with me. They simply selected a 60-minute aromatherapy massage for me, and the only option to change it was to another 60-minute session; the duration couldn't be altered. I felt this was inflexible, and the front desk hadn't fulfilled their responsibility to explain the sessions. Before the massage, I was asked to shower, but the shower room wasn't very nice (much worse than another chain massage I've had in Phuket). The air conditioning was very cold during the massage, and I could feel the masseuse was rushing the massage; I didn't feel relaxed at all. The overall atmosphere of the shop was very relaxing, and the aromatherapy oils and products used smelled wonderful and therapeutic. It's a pity the masseuse and front desk staff weren't up to par, despite the high prices—it's one of the most expensive in Phuket.

We love Let’s Relax! The spa is immaculately clean and the massage areas are dark, comfortable and quiet. It’s a pleasant atmosphere with formally trained professional masseuses. I like the two hour Thai massage because it gives time to relax and give each area lasting attention. I’ve been here many times and had different massage therapist. ALL of them have been incredible.

A beautiful massage had here. They really added all the little touches along the way. The massage had good pressure the whole way through. The atmosphere was calm and quiet throughout the massage and the therapist continued to check in throughout to make sure we were good. Would 100% come back again. We weren’t staying at the resort and walked up from Katathani (had massages at our resort and would recommend this place over ours). Around $55 AUD per person for the hour. We headed upstairs for sunsets drinks post which was lovely- fantastic sunset view

A bit disappointing experience at Let’s Relax Karon. The room was too cold, and even after we told the therapist, no extra blanket was provided. After the massage, several of us had neck pain, and one friend had visible bruises on her legs the next day. The pressure and technique did not feel properly controlled. Overall, not recommended.
