I'm truly sorry that my favorite hammam and massage salon, where I regularly go once or twice a week, has disappointed me once again. Today I arrived at 7:10 PM and brought my man, having previously praised the quality of the massage. The salon was empty, but the staff turned us away, citing an 8:00 PM reservation and their unavailability. As an entrepreneur, I sincerely don't understand this approach to clients. I regularly recommend you, but after situations like this, I'm seriously doubting whether I can continue to do so. I sincerely hope you'll pay attention to your service and reconsider your approach to guest relations. I'd also like to point out that occupancy is already low, and the main clientele are those who live here permanently and use the services year-round, not just during peak season. We are precisely such a clientele. And that's why it's especially strange and unpleasant to be turned down when the salon is practically empty, and the service could have been rendered and brought in revenue. It's truly sad to see this approach to regular customers.

I've been coming here for a long time, ever since Phuket had a third as many saunas. Now there are fewer people, which is what makes this place so appealing: quiet, calm, and cozy. I generally like the Thai herbal sauna; they're usually Thai-style, with spartan conditions. Of all the saunas I've been to, this one is the cleanest. The last time I went, the price was 180 rubles, plus towels, a sarong, and water if needed. Ice baths are available on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It's a good value for money option for an occasional quiet soak.

This is a great place, and I come here regularly, many times a week. I like it because it's always quiet, peaceful, and noise-free. Last time, there were a bunch of children screaming, crying, and disturbing the peace. Unfortunately, the parents were unable to ensure the children's normal behavior. Since the place is very quiet and people come here, among other things, to relax away from their children, I ask the sauna management to prohibit people from coming here with children on regular days and to designate a day when families with children are allowed to come so that they don't disturb other people relaxing in this wonderful place. I really like this place, so I'm writing this so that the management can take measures regarding the quiet. 🙏 Thank you very much

During our vacation, we had massages at three different salons in Pattaya. This salon gave us the best massage, working every muscle. We were very pleased!
