Had such a good stay here. The place honestly feels more like a small village than just a villa complex - cafés, restaurants, Rawai Park, shops… everything is nearby and super convenient. The villa itself was really comfortable and private, and the staff were always nice and easy to talk to. Also loved that we could rent a car at the reception. We ended up driving to different beaches almost every day and it made the whole trip way more flexible and fun.

I have came phuket a few times and by far this is the best place to stay. Its super kids friendly. The staffs are so joyful, welcoming and great with kids. The team here always do their best to keep with the standards. There was an issue that happened that wasn't the villas fault. But the team took it upon themselves and gave us the most comfortable route possible to ensure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. A great thumbs up to the management, the reception, the cafe staffs and to all the staffs here at rawayana.

I recently spent four unforgettable nights at Rawayana Villa in Rawai, Phuket (January 25-29, 2026), and the team’s service elevated the entire experience to pure luxury. The staff anticipated every need, from daily villa setups with fresh tropical fruits to flawless housekeeping with spotless rooms daily and thoughtful turndown service featuring Thai herbal amenities. The concierge arranged a perfect cooking class where we mastered authentic local recipes under expert guidance, making our trip effortless; the private pool villa offered stunning pool views, modern design, top-tier comforts like rain showers, and a fully stocked minibar refreshed gratis, while breakfast was a highlight with chef-prepared Phuket specialties delivered poolside. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. During our stay, there was no electricity and no running water, making even the most basic necessities impossible. We couldn’t shower, flush toilets, charge our phones, use air conditioning, or even comfortably stay in the room we paid for. What is most disappointing is that there was little communication, no meaningful effort to accommodate guests, and no sense of urgency to resolve the situation. A hotel’s primary responsibility is to provide a safe, functional place to stay, and this property completely failed to do so. Paying full price for a room with no power and no water is unacceptable. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and ruined a significant part of our trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you are willing to risk being left without basic utilities. Juf & moof, the ladies at the front desk, were smirking and lying to our face when asking for accommodation for the unprecedented circumstance. They would not help nor call the manager. Finally after getting it touch with the manager, our compensation was a $30 floating breakfast which we declined because that’s ridiculous. 😂 The manager was also unhelpful and enjoys talking down upon people. If I could give zero stars, trust me I would.

We just returned from a wonderful 10-night stay at Rawayana Villas and honestly cannot find a single thing to complain about. From start to finish, this was one of the best villa experiences our family has ever had. We stayed in the 4-bedroom Grand Deluxe Villa and it was everything the photos promised — beautifully renovated throughout, with a massive pool, four spacious bedrooms each with their own ensuite (one with a good sized bath), all air-conditioned, and a large rooftop terrace. The villa truly delivered on every front. The staff were exceptional — genuinely some of the best customer service we've encountered anywhere. Responsive via both WhatsApp and phone, they consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs without ever making us feel like we were asking too much. The cleaning team were equally wonderful, showing real thoughtfulness by working around our young children who were often napping when rooms needed attention. It's the little things that make a big difference! Breakfast was a lovely daily buffet — simple but well-curated and refreshed every day, with staff who were more than happy to cater to any special requests. A great way to start each morning. The location is hard to beat — just a 5-minute walk to Rawai Beach, a good selection of restaurants, and a local shopping mall, making everything feel wonderfully accessible without the chaos of busier tourist strips. You are also only a short taxi ride from Promthep Cape and it's breathtaking sunsets. We also made great use of Rawai Park, which is a fantastic option for families. The splash pool is perfect for toddlers, and the air-conditioned kids club and outdoor playground kept our little ones entertained for hours. Older or more adventurous kids would enjoy the trampoline zone more (note there is a small additional fee for that). If you're looking for a family villa stay in Phuket that ticks every box, look no further. We'll absolutely be back. Thank you to the entire Rawayana team! 🙏

A huge letdown during my stay at their villa. 1. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was noisy. 2. Very slippery tile floors both inside and outside. This caused hazard to safety to the guests. 3. Regrettably short pool - much less of the expectation that was given by their photos at the time of my room booking. 4. Disappointing reply from the management team when requested to provide an incident report for my fall beside the pool at their villa. They just wanted to get rid of any responsibility for the accident. Clearly overpriced for this regrettable quality of accommodation. Just wanting to advise anyone to make a well informed choice of accommodation without getting distracted by those glamorous photos on their booking website. Guest safety is more important than anything else.

It was an amazing experience. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very close to Rawai Beach, just a few steps away from the seaside. The surrounding environment was very quiet and had a great atmosphere. The villa had its own swimming pool. For those who want to enjoy the beautiful scenery and have a quiet and beautiful environment, it is one of the best places to relax and have a vacation. I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of five! The location is unbeatable if you’re planning boat trips, just walking distance to boat ports, making early morning departures for island hopping incredibly easy. The villa was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space, and the private pool was a huge hit with the kids after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for families who want a mix of relaxation and adventure.
