💬 What reviewers say
I am a long time customer here, but unfortunately, it seems to be going downhill. I went with a friend this week. We wanted a couple's massage so we could talk. They put us in a room with another customer (no other room available, the masseuse said), so we couldn't talk to each other. And the AC was blowing so hard directly above my friend. It was cold and I hate sweeping AC wind. It was also so loud that you could barely hear the music. I asked them to turn it off, but they would not change it, since they have "other customer." Then the massage was one of the worst I've had in Thailand. The masseuse was not confident and she was only doing something that felt like a real massage about half the time. When she was working on my back, i had to stop her because she had long nails that were actually scratching me. Had I been alone, I would have asked for another masseuse, but I already complained about the AC and the room (to no avail) and I didn't want to come off as a whiner to my friend. Instead, I just hoped that her massage was good (it wasn't - it was as bad as mine but she was polite and didn't complain). Maybe there's a management problem, because 3 of my go-to masseuses in the last 4 months have left the shop. I had a similar problem with a manicure several months back. The woman obviously didn't know what she was doing and cut my nails way too short and actually missed cutting the nail and sliced off a chunk of my skin, causing the blood to gush. It's too bad. I won't go back again. I gave it 2 stars just because it's clean.
Been in Thailand for 3 months and haven’t had a place like this. Incredible service and professional massage on a diffrent level. Everyone is very kind and smiling. This place has been my go to for 2 weeks now. I am surprised that a place like this even exists. Recommending this place with my whole heart and honesty. Try it out you won’t regret it.
Great massage and a very relaxing experience. The staff were kind and professional, and the whole atmosphere was calm and welcoming. After the massage I was served a delicious tea, which was a really nice touch. I definitely recommend this place!
I really like this massage shop! I appreciate how they clean your feet before you go into the massage room—it’s a nice touch that shows their attention to hygiene. Inside, the place is quite spacious, with many massage beds and private rooms. The atmosphere is relaxing with soft music, gentle lighting, and a perfectly set temperature. The therapists seem very professional and skilled, and even the restroom is clean and thoughtfully arranged. Everything is well organized and tidy, which really adds to the overall experience. One of the best parts is the location—it’s right in front of the beach. So after your massage, you can step outside and immediately enjoy a beautiful ocean view and the fresh sea breeze. It’s such a perfect combination: a relaxing massage followed by the peacefulness of the beach.
The front desk lady with the really short hair has an attitude problem - more interested in her phone than talking to you. Massage therapist was a hit/miss. It depends on who you’re getting. Mine was really weak but my husband’s therapist was great.
My husband and I stopped in here today after a speedboat snorkeling tour yesterday, which had us sore. It was literally the best massage we ever had in our lives! Highly recommend!!
Strong massage and clean place 👍🏻 💪🏻I had back and Thai massage and every time felt reborn. 👋🏻The masseurs did their job diligently without being asked for strong massage. 👚👕They offer changing clothes for Thai massage. ☕️Tea is in the end. ❗️So far Sabai is only place where I wouldn’t ask for stronger massage. I recommend for those who like this style.
Nice massage and service. Staff is friendly. Well cleaned, conditioned and equipped! 💜 …
Amazing, i think it was best massage I had in Thailand. The owner and experienced masseusse (over 10 years) Kate was so good, massaged every little muscle, and so assuredly and is healing everyone who have problems, medical massage.
Sport oil massage was good for people preferring strong pressure and have muscle sores. Shop is Clean and friendly environment overall. Foot massage face directly to the Raiwai beach and decent pricing too. Feeling relaxed finally. Will definitely come back again soon.
