Had an amazing experience at Zima. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and the attention to detail really stood out. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a while. I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Definitely recommend Zima to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for in a luxurious and relaxing environment. A special mention goes to the manager, who made this experience exceptional. She speaks French, English, Spanish, and Russian fluently, which allowed me to fully personalize my treatment and communicate every detail of my preferences with ease. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction are remarkable. She was attentive throughout my entire visit, always making sure everything was perfect and that I felt completely comfortable. It is rare to find someone who combines such a high level of professionalism with genuine warmth and hospitality. Excellent package . I really enjoyed steaming in the sauna, the best in my life. Master Egor is super. I also want to mention the receptionists, they were very attentive and constantly helped. They are very nice and friendly, thank them very much!

Very nice and clean place. Private steam sessions are pretty cool if you want to experience Russian Banya. There also public Fresh Steam sessions in public sauna few time per day, performed professionally with music & great use of herbs.

At first it just looks like a normal spot But after two or three hours there you feel SO relaxed, like properly rested I think it’s because • they don’t overcrowd it, you have to book in advance • every 30 to 60 minutes they do full-on banya steam sessions with herbs that smell insane, and the music during it is honestly such a vibe • and I feel like a lot of people here lowkey miss a proper Russian banya Anyway I loved it

Not really like it Sauna itself is ok, providing good experience But limited space on first floor, everyone talking, no personal space Toilets and swimming pool, ice bath was clean. But everything is so close to each other, bad planing Audience mostly man and according to prices for entrance it’s gonna be like this Food, drinks nothing impressive Massage was bad experience, pain on next day, it’s not just strong it’s not experienced people make it, strong only can be good if masseuse know exactly what to do, but not here. But in general it’s not possible to name any sauna on Phuket that have good massage experience at all, for massage need to go to separate place Compare to price and small space around for guests I can’t recommend it They trying to improve public steaming and it’s ok but only steaming can’t cover other issues

He was incredibly passionate about sharing the traditions and culture of the banya, which was fascinating since it was my very first time trying it. His knowledge and care made the session feel not only relaxing, but also meaningful and cultural. This was more than just a spa treatment—it was a holistic wellness experience that left me feeling restored in body and mind. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.
