Super friendly and cheap. Not the most attractive spot, but who cares, it's nice and quiet. Hot hot steam sauna and probably one of the coldest ice baths around. Highly recommended!!!

A well hidden gem known to all the locals. Nice steam sauna and a beautiful basic style beer garden with lots of green. Showers, clean toilets and cold beverages available. Excellent massage by very skilled and experienced ladies. Highly recommend and will come again every chance I get- in fact this massage is one reason I want to visit Chalong😂

This place is absolutely amazing! Even though it's called a sauna, it's actually more like a traditional hammam — warm steam, relaxing atmosphere. There’s also an ice barrel for contrast therapy, which feels incredible after the heat and is great for circulation. The massages here are top-notch — both the Thai massage and the oil massage were truly exceptional. You can feel the therapists really know what they’re doing. Another bonus: they offer delicious snacks and refreshing shakes, perfect to enjoy after a session. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, rejuvenate, and treat themselves to a bit of self-care in Thailand!

Maybe they have different ideas of sauna’s here but this was not a sauna. It was 1 steam room which is so small and crowded you are touching the next person next to you as you sit in it Felt like I was living in the 1940s Whole experience was just very strange, had people drinking and smoking whilst doing a spa session? Won’t be going back - not for me at all

I was looking for recovery from my workout I did this morning at a local CrossFit gym. You can not go wrong. The place is run by a mother and daughter combo and they are wonderful people with great energy. They make you feel very welcome. Showers on site; Had a wonderful Thai massage followed by Sauna treatment and a nice Ice bath to help in the recovery process. A must visit!
