The staff is extremely professional and friendly.We were a walk in for a massage of three. Although they could only accommodate two, they did lotion me after completing my mom and son‘s massage. They absolutely loved it! 10/10 recommend. I would come back if we had more time.

I tried their Japanese sand therapy such a unique and completely different experience. It’s definitely something you don’t come across often. The therapist was really sweet and polite, her name was Shasha, and she made the experience even more comfortable. Also, the tea and snacks they served afterward were really good. Overall, it’s a great one-time experience, especially as a tourist. For a first trial, their price is also nominal since it’s a promotional offer. The location is inside the Ramada Hotel. One thing I think they can improve on is hygiene. I went in the evening and was almost the last customer of the day, so maybe that’s why but they could be more attentive toward fresh towels and overall upkeep. Definitely try it at least once.

I had an amazing sand bath experience + thai massage. Elle took care of me,she was so professional and kind person. The spa is inside the hotel, i was not staying there,i come just for spa and really recomend this.

I had an amazing experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nina and Katie did the massage and scrub for us, and they were absolutely wonderful. Their skills were exceptional, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and completely pampered. Both were so friendly and attentive, adding a warm touch to the whole experience. The overall service was fantastic, and I can't recommend this spa highly enough. Thank you for an unforgettable experience – I’ll definitely be back!

This place is really amazing from the moment you decided to book the massage to the massage to the end everything was so amazing. My masseus was ally , Nina and Jenny ! They were so amazing ! I went to the volcanic beads spa and Thai oil massage !

Had a birthday spa treat with deep tissue massage. Very good service by Cati and Nina. During the massage, when they felt a pushback they knew it was too hard and strengthen at different spots, customising the massage to suit your needs. Would definitely recommend for the value for money

We went to the spa two days during our stay. Our first was a 120 minutes deep tissue, let me tell you, it was DEEP. Second day we did facial, hot stone, milk bath, and foot rub. We had Nina and Elle the second time who were wonderful and were very good at asking for feedback and pressure. Price points were great as well!

Exceptional! I was pampered with their Clarins Facial and 60minute massage by Rinda at their Ramada Chao Fah Spa, it was heavenly! It felt like a therapy, a must try and I loved it! Recommended!!!

Absolutely amazing!!, also giving fantastic results. It not only aids in burning calories but also significantly improves blood circulation. Highly recommend this, well worth the money. The therapist was polite and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be returning soon.
