We had an amazing stay. Beautiful staff. Great facilities including the well equipped gym. The food was the best in Rawai. We had a fantastic massage in a relaxed environment. Selina Serenity is tranquil and if there are any issues the management are approachable and will provide supportive and understanding customer service. Definitely staying again on our next visit.

BOOK WITH CAUTION! We have lived in Rawai for a number of years and we regularly have family visit Phuket and we usually recommend they stay at The Vijitt or Wyndham. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be recommending Selina EVER again. Our mother and her partner booked a seven-night stay costing approximately AUD $500 (around THB 12,000). On their first full day, my husband took our three-year-old daughter to visit her grandmother for a few hours. Our daughter was swimming with her grandmother while my husband sat quietly on a sun lounger using his phone. They were not loud, disruptive or bothering anybody. Despite this, a staff member approached my husband aggressively, demanding to know who he was and which room he was staying in, while police officers stood in the background. Even after our mother provided her room number and we explained the situation, the manner in which he was treated remained confrontational and completely unnecessary. We were then told that my husband and our three-year-old daughter would each need to pay THB 800 per day to visit—THB 1,600 in total. Over seven days, that would amount to THB 11,200, almost the same price our mother had paid for their entire stay. When my husband attempted to discuss this calmly with reception, he was met with further defensiveness and told that part of the fee could be used as resort credit. Our daughter is three years old and might have had a bottle of water at most. They were simply there for a few hours so she could spend time with her grandmother. They then offered to waive the 800 baht per person fee, under the condition that we would need to remain in the 15sqm room for the duration of time we would like to visit. While we understand that hotels may have visitor policies, these should be clearly communicated when a booking is made and enforced professionally and respectfully. The fee also seems extraordinary excessive given that one pool was completely closed, issues with the majority of the gym equipment, and part of the decking was so badly deteriorated that it nearly gave way beneath my husband. What concerned us most was the aggressive treatment of my husband and the completely unnecessary presence of police when he had done absolutely nothing wrong. The interaction left us feeling that he had been judged or profiled based on his appearance. As people who are in hospitality ourselves, we found the staff’s conduct appalling. We operate a small hotel in Rawai and would never dream for any of our guests to be treated in this manner. We have visited many hotels and resorts throughout Phuket and have never experienced anything like this and have always been warmly welcomed. Our family will not stay here again, and we certainly will not recommend Selina to anyone.

During my frequent trips to China, I've passed through Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport more than once, and I consider it one of the largest and most important airports in Asia in terms of size and operational traffic. The airport is very modern and boasts a spacious architectural design and vast areas that reflect Guangzhou's status as a global economic and commercial hub. From the moment you enter, you'll notice the high level of organization and efficiency of the procedures, especially considering the large number of passengers the airport handles daily. What I particularly appreciated was the clarity of the signage and the ease of accessing the gates, despite the building's size. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops, in addition to a variety of services catering to the needs of international travelers. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the waiting areas are generally comfortable and clean, with a good number of charging points for electronic devices. Given my frequent business trips to China, I've found the airport to be an ideal gateway to southern China, especially for businesspeople and traders heading to Guangzhou's famous markets and exhibitions, such as the Canton Fair and other international events. Furthermore, the excellent connectivity with public transportation, including trains and the metro, makes it easy to reach the city without relying solely on taxis. On the other hand, due to the airport's large size, travelers may need to walk considerable distances between some gates, so arriving early is advisable, especially during peak hours. Immigration and security procedures can also sometimes take longer during busy seasons. Overall, I consider Guangzhou Baiyun Airport one of the best airports I have used in Asia. It combines modernity, efficiency, and diverse services. A comfortable and well-organized travel experience reflects China's advanced standing in the air transport and infrastructure sector. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really nice place and people! It's truly serene, beach facing with a beautiful sunrise view. Pool is really nice too! They have weekly activities and really good ones. Rooms are also very good and clean. Its a must visit place. Also, the staff was super helpful special mention of Som, she suggested nearby places to visit and chill. Overall I loved the vibe of the place!

Really enjoyed our 4 day stay in one of the private bungalows. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The food was good and we enjoyed the pool area which was very well maintained. Unfortunately the beach area was not the best and was not able to swim but this did not affect our stay as the nearby beaches were nice. There activities to participate in along with a fitness centre and very easy access into the town centre.

The facility is clean, well-maintained. During my stay, I found the staff to be extremely helpful. It’s a great place to stay!
