Decent location, staff is very helpful. Do note that there is a 1,500 thb deposit required per booked room. As far as I know there isn’t laundry on site but many laundromats nearby. Thanachot at front desk was very kind, helpful, and he was very empathetic. Rooms were clean, and the bathroom was also well maintained. Will for sure come and book here again when coming back to Phuket!

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Please READ BEFORE BOOKING ROOM here to avoid disappointment with your choice. The hotel is clearly not customer-oriented. At check-in you must sign multiple papers listing numerous fines. Additionally, everyone is forced to leave a 1,500 THB cash deposit, which staff cannot clearly explain. Card-only travelers are literally sent to an ATM. I strongly recommend filming 🎥 the room at check-in and check-out to avoid questionable claims later. ⭐ The hotel also misleads guests by implying it has a 5-star rating on Booking com, while in reality this is clearly a 3-star property at best, both in service and facilities. 🔊 Soundproofing is extremely poor. Thin doors, elevator sounds audible across the floor, and every corridor movement is heard. With many young, intoxicated guests returning late at night, sleeping can be difficult. 🍺 On the ground floor, directly under the rooms (not near reception), there is a busy bar that becomes very noisy in the evenings. 🏊 The pool, heavily advertised in marketing materials, is actually very small and barely used. 🚭🍃 Despite official bans, guests openly eat durian at reception and smoke cannabis around the property. The smell can be unpleasant, and management takes no visible action. 🐜 The bathroom had many small ants. This is easily solvable with a cheap trap from 7-Eleven, but the hotel seems indifferent. 💆 The in-house spa is very expensive (from 900 THB per massage), especially considering that there are many massage salons nearby offering significantly lower prices. 📍Location & logistics: • There are no nearby currency exchange offices; the closest one is in Central Mall (about 15 minutes by motorbike). • The area has many cafes and restaurants, including a nearby place with Russian cuisine. • The nearest grocery store is about a 20-minute walk. • The nearest beach, Patong, is about 25 minutes by motorbike. • Travel time to the airport is around 70 minutes by car during the day (taxi from 600 THB and up), and significantly longer in the evening due to traffic. • The hotel has its own parking for 20–30 cars, as well as plenty of space for motorbikes. ➿➿➿ If this review was helpful, please like it so others can see it and avoid this hotel unless they are fully comfortable with these conditions.

Quality property away from all the hustle bustle. Just a grab ride away from all major places but still has the calmness and vibe to it. Rooms are well maintained, but the private room-front swimming pool needs to be maintained better in order for the experience to be much better.

Good rooms and the wifi is good but a drawback... no lunch or dinner available... this place only has breakfast... funny you have to grab food from stores nearby

Good , hotel is 5 minutes from the central shopping center and the water park. Our room had two large beds, perfect! We had a lot of luggage, luckily the staff were always helpful. Thank you!

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, and the fitness center was well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

A three star hotel with a swimming pool It was declared as five star by trip.com, however everyone else rates it as three star. I loved the exterior designs and the room was spacious, too. However, it urgently needs renovation inside and outside. Breakfast is rather lunch and should better be avoided. Coffee was not drinkable.
