Kathu Herb Sauna

Amazing spa. Small sauna, very hot and very herbal :) the place is a hidden gem in Kathu area. Also got a small pool and feels like the place is located in the jungle. Friendly personal. Make sure to grab some lemon/honey tea pot.

The place is beautiful, and the atmosphere is lovely. Despite its simplicity, it offers a great opportunity to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. There are several reasons for this. First, the location is remote, situated on the outskirts of the city, which is great because it's far from the hustle, bustle, and noise of tourists. The sauna is prepared in a special way, using natural herbs, and it has a wonderful scent that opens the pores – I really enjoyed it. In addition, the entire place is surrounded by nature, green trees, and the sound of birds singing. There's also a restaurant that serves delicious food and unique desserts. What’s even better is that the prices are very reasonable – not high at all. The best part is that they charge the same prices as the locals, so you’re not overcharged as a tourist. I was there, and I enjoyed a coconut oil massage, the sauna, and the cold pool, and finally, I had a tasty meal while enjoying the breathtaking nature. All of this cost me only 1,000 Baht. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to escape the noise of the city and enjoy some peace and relaxation💚💚

It’s a really nice place surrounded by nature. On my first day, I went to the sauna and asked one of the staff if I could order a drink from the café and sit by the pool area. She said yes. So today, I came back, ordered a drink, and sat by the pool again. After about an hour, someone came and asked me to pay for sitting there. I was confused because I had already been told that ordering a drink would allow me to sit in that area. When I mentioned this, they said yes, but added that because the economy is not good, it would be better if I paid. I agreed to pay, but honestly, it would have been better if the policy had been clear from the beginning. It felt a bit confusing and inconsistent. I also didn’t feel as welcomed as I have at other places. the service, especially at reception, could be more friendly and professional. I don’t mind paying at all, but good service and clear communication make a big difference. If they improved their standards, I believe more customers would enjoy the experience and want to come back.

One of my favorite place, was there so many times and it’s always a pleasure! Workers there is a family, it makes this place so cosy and feeling like you guest at their nice home🫂 …

Amazing. I live in Phuket and have been to many places. this is rare gem. one of the best. I truly mean it. the herbal sauna makes the skin better. not commercial place but good quality herbs. very glowy skin. Friendly owner i guarantee. She is strict to maintain the quality cause some tourists break rules.

Perfect place for chilling and refreshing. It was my first herb steam sauna, and I loved it so much. 200 THB for sauna, 400 THB for oil / Thai massage. Peaceful environment, nice massage, lovely little swimming pool for cooldown. I’ll definitely come back.
