Oldtown Thai Massage Phuket

Sad - I arrived at around 3pm Sunday and seems the only customer - yet they asked for an "outsider" to come to do massage for me. The experience wasn't great, the lady seems not getting used to their usual way and did things her own way. No proper use of the stick provided when doing foot massage. No hair tie when doing oil massage and she went directly to my head to massage at the end without washing her hand - I stopped her before it's too late. I voiced out my disatisfaction upon my exit after the outsider left (I saw them "cashing out" to her for my session). They could have let me know if no internal staff is available (when the store is empty) but they didn't. I would definitely opt for elsewhere instead. The place is old school style not fancy Thai relaxing mode. Massage room is ok but no amenities provided (eg one time underwear, hair cap). Also unsure of cleanliness as the room I used was with a different colour towel (brown) being thrown onto the floor uncleaned.

This place doesn’t have flashy gimmicks or high-end interior design. In fact, if you just walk past, you might not even notice it. But don't let the modest storefront fool you—the therapist here is genuinely the best I’ve ever encountered worldwide. Instead of relying on painful, heavy pressure, she uses incredible technique to melt away stiffness. The entire experience was completely pain-free, and I left feeling totally relaxed. Highly recommended!

Recommend by Gemini. We tried 2-hour signature’s massage. The environment is fine. The massagist is top top class. I wish could stay longer in Phuket town for more massages in this spa.

The facilities are clean and the overall experience was excellent. I actually fell asleep during the massage, that's how relaxing and comfortable it was. Highly recommended if you're looking for a truly soothing massage.

The massage was extremely professional. It felt super relaxing. They welcomed us with a cold tea and a cold towel. And post massage a hot tea and hot towel. 10/10 recommended.
