​I booked a 3-hour "Kim's Secret" package expecting a relaxing, pampering experience, but left feeling frustrated and thoroughly dissatisfied. ​From the moment my therapist arrived, she displayed a visible, tired attitude. Throughout the entire 3 hours, she repeatedly complained out loud about how long the session was. Paying for a premium treatment only to be made to feel like a burden for the duration of the appointment is completely unacceptable. ​The facial treatment was equally poorly executed. The therapist applied extremely hot and then freezing cold towels directly to my face without any prior warning or communication, which was jarring, uncomfortable, and ruined any remaining sense of relaxation. ​I paid for a rejuvenating, high-end service, but instead received unprofessional treatment and a complete lack of basic care. I would not recommend this treatment or spa to anyone expecting quality service.

My girlfriend and I came in for a scrub and full-body massage, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The body scrub left our skin feeling so soft and refreshed, and the massages were incredibly relaxing. Our therapists were professional, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. You can tell they truly care about providing a great experience. We both walked out feeling completely refreshed and renewed. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and be taken care of, I highly recommend this spa. We’ll definitely be back!
