I paid for a one-hour foot massage performed by two different therapists, but in the end only my right leg was massaged while my left leg was not massaged at all. We chose a one-hour foot massage. At first, we were seated in regular chairs even though we were wearing jeans. We asked how the massage would be done in that case, and were told to go and change, which we did. My girlfriend’s massage started shortly after, while I had to wait about 10 minutes for my therapist. When the therapist finally arrived, I was asked to move to another seat, which I did. The massage began, but after about 10 minutes the manager came and changed my therapist in the middle of the session. The new therapist started the massage with cold hands and continued the session. However, despite the massage lasting for a full hour in total and being performed by two different therapists, only my right leg was massaged. My left leg was left completely without oil, while the right leg was already covered in it. I asked the manager how long she had been working in this business and whether she knew that once a therapist has started the massage, they should not be changed. She confirmed that she knew, but apologized and explained that the therapist had another client with a prior booking. In the end, I paid for a full one-hour massage but received treatment on only one leg. The manager simply apologized and offered no solution. On top of that, the price here is about 2.5 times higher than in other professional massage salons. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is very difficult to call this a real massage salon — it feels more like a training practice for beginners.

so enjoy the massage on here！I found this massage shop while shopping in the mall on the first day on the trip . I enjoyed the massage here. It was very comfortable! We even came back to enjoy it before returning home on the fifth day to end our trip. The strength is suitable and the environment is comfortable!

Space nicely laid out, clean and thoughtfully furnished. The receptionist was also attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately, these were the only pleasantries at this massage shop. My therapist's (for Thai massage) understanding of applying pressure is limited and incorrect multiple times. She also had long figure nails, and at times I just had to endure occasionally stabbings here and there - not something I'd expect AT ALL in any massage establishments. The therapist also wasn't proactive, and NEVER asks if the pressure was adequate. Not only the long nails is troublesome; it also reflects on the poor sense of hygeine and professionalism from the therapist, and management that allows her to operate. My massage timing was only 30 minutes so I didn't bother asking much. I can only summarise my impression as a neat looking massage shop with unprofessional setup, unfortunately.

Me & sis enjoyed our Thai massage here! Menu is English & Mandarin friendly, masseuse recommended us their signature Thai massage, is good 👍! I think the traditional Thai massages put more focus on the legs (mostly), this Thai massage 1 will spread out evenly for the back, legs, arms, neck & head 🥰 if u are here at central Phuket & looking for a massage, can give them a try :)

Great massage and service. My mum and I had a great and relaxing 2 hours massage. And they prepared this simple but sweet surprise. As with the other reviews, there was indeed some noise from the mall. But by focusing on the spa music and the soothing strokes of the masseuse, I was able to tune out those noise. Still a wonderful experience.

A serene oasis in the heart of Central Department Store! Tucked away on the ground floor, Nuad Massage offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The environment is clean and calming, with soothing spa music setting the tone. The masseuse is skilled and attentive, providing a truly relaxing experience. The only drawback is that some customers can be inconsiderate and talk during their massage, disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. Otherwise, Nuad Massage is a wonderful spot to unwind and rejuvenate.

I had a massage today with Noi (I think that was her name). I requested a light and soft massage and that’s exactly what I got. I finally found a place that care for what the customer wants. No doubt this was one of the best massages I had in my trip in Thailand. The 2 ladies I met were very sweet, kind and friendly. And the tea at the end was very good :) Thank you so much! I really recommend this place.

Hidden in the bedding section of the department store. Hard to find. Asked for separate foot and neck massages but ended up with an hour body massage. Otherwise clean and cheap.

A very clean and pleasant place to have a massage. Prices are decent. Located at The Central department mall side. As for skill level, I think the therapist is pretty new to the role and not experienced in adding pressure in the right places. She also didn’t understand basic English required in the treatment room. I would suggest going for the classic Thai massage here as that’s the usual foundation for new therapists.
