Centara Karon Resort Phuket

This newly renovated resort is probably my favorite in Phuket. The rooms are beautifully done up, the staff is warm and friendly and the location is just right. A special thanks to Air at the villas front desk, B.boy who helped us with our luggage, and the lovely ladies in the villa lounge for always being so caring and nice. We stayed in a pool villa which was the ultimate combo of luxury with privacy. The spa was insane, we had the most relaxing massages there. The complimentary lounge offers a great ala carte breakfast, evening cocktails with snacks and all day beverages. Definitely recommended staying here for a memorable trip.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. A special mention goes to the childcare team, who were exceptionally warm, patient, and caring with the children. They created a safe, fun, and engaging environment, allowing parents to relax while knowing their little ones were in good hands. The staff showed genuine care and enthusiasm, and our children looked forward to spending time with them each day. The hotel's facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and family-friendly amenities, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations.
