Kim's Massage & Spa 1

Very disappointing experience at Kim’s Massage. The masseuse kept pulling and stretching arms in a way that was really painful. She was asked to stop several times, but lady continued and pulled even more. Sadly had to go early. Massage should be relaxing, not something where your requests are ignored and you end up feeling worse than before.

I'm giving it 4 stars. Just a small suggestion: The staff should wear name tags, or the cashier should introduce the therapist to customers. Basically, if the massage is good, we can call to book the right person. THANK YOU 👍👍👍

I had foot and hand reflexology along with a back and head massage from Miss Toei, and she was absolutely amazing. She found pressure points and nerves I never even knew existed. After the massage, I felt so light, relaxed, and refreshed. She’s truly skilled, and I would highly recommend her.

The massage technique wasn't relaxing or comfortable. It felt like the masseuse wasn't properly trained. I'm not sure if this is just how they do it here. If you want a relaxing massage, you should go somewhere else. The essential oils had no fragrance at all. They were like Thai massage oils. The masseuse just did a superficial, haphazard stroking motion.

I used to visit several times because it was really good the last time I came, but this time it was disappointing.... It seems the business district died out since the Robinsons in front closed... In the past, I used to feel so refreshed after getting a massage, but this time, all I felt was that it was a waste of money ㅠㅠ

Kim’s Spa is beautiful and worth every penny. The moment you walk in, it feels like entering a different world. The ambience is calm and gorgeous, there’s even a huge fish pond inside that sets the mood right away. The space is neat, clean, and clearly well cared for. The staff are professional, well trained, and greet you with a constant smile throughout. My therapist was a sweet guy named ARM who was exceptional. He applied exactly the right amount of pressure where I needed it most clearly making it one of the best experience in my Thailand trip. If you want an authentic Thai massage done properly, this is a must visit.

The massages hurt us more than we enjoyed; we didn't appreciate our session.

The shop was quiet, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The essential oils smelled wonderful and refreshing. The service was good.
