I had a very disappointing experience here today. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. I booked a 30-minute foot massage followed by a 30-minute back massage. I was very clear about what I wanted, and the 30-minute foot massage itself was good. However, after the foot massage finished, instead of taking me to the room for the back massage, the therapist continued rubbing my hands and shoulders. I assumed she was simply finishing up before taking me to the room, so I waited. About 15 minutes later, I finally had to ask whether we were going to do the back massage. Her response was unclear, and her attitude suddenly changed. She then abruptly told me to get up and go to the room. At that point, I was already uncomfortable and frustrated. I went to the room, but by then I no longer felt comfortable receiving the massage from her. I didn't feel that my request had been respected or that I was being treated warmly as a customer, so when she asked if I was ready, I decided to leave. I explained to the staff downstairs that I was unhappy with the experience. The foot massage itself was good, but the way the second part of the service was handled was very disappointing. I also want to be honest about something that made the experience particularly uncomfortable for me. As a Black person, the way I was treated made me wonder whether my race had anything to do with the change in attitude and the reluctance to provide the service I had clearly requested. I cannot say for certain that this was the reason, and I don't want to make an accusation without knowing the facts. However, that is genuinely how the interaction made me feel. If the therapist was uncomfortable providing the back massage for any reason, I would have much preferred her to simply tell me directly rather than leave me waiting and then speak to me abruptly. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable throughout their entire experience.

Came here last night with a friend on our bikes — we both had the 1.5-hour sports massage and left thoroughly impressed. They were fully booked but still accommodated us, even staying slightly past closing time which we really appreciated. My therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and had exactly the right balance of strength and gentleness. She zoned in on my back problem area without me having to say much, which really made the difference. The facility itself is spotless — the kind of clean that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. My friend had the same experience. Will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really good place for a massage. We came here because of a recommendation and ended up coming back several times for different kinds of massage techniques. Each and every massage was absolutely great. The therapists really know what they do and the whole stuff is super friendly. Definitely one of the best places for a massage we have ever been in Thailand :)
