Beautiful resort, lovely vibe and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast and snacks menu! View from rooms is awesome. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Only the hill climb is a little bit difficult, but manageable. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with amazing food. The rooms are a bit dated with no USB charging or HDMI on the telly in the room we were in (Superior twin with pool view) but the vibe is relaxed and the sounds of all the Birdlife are amazing. There is a hill to get up if you are walking, but there are free shuttles up and down to Kata market. The location is good, right at the southern end of Karon beach so you are walking distance to all the markets, shops and bars and restaurants as well as the beaches.

PLEASE READ THIS. If you are checking in here, make sure to check the towels in your room immediately. If any towels are missing and you do not report it right away, the staff may accuse you of taking them and even ask to inspect your suitcase, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. While the property itself looks nice and has three swimming pools, the rooms are not very convenient or comfortable. There was also noticeable noise during the night, making it difficult to rest properly. The biggest issue, however, is the service. The staff service was extremely disappointing throughout the stay, and the overall hospitality was poor. The manager, Charlie, was particularly rude and unhelpful when dealing with concerns. Please be careful before booking this place. The facilities may look attractive, but the service experience was genuinely bad and not worth the stress.
