This is the real deal! This cute little Spa hidden in a cute alley on the Main Street of Surin (towards the beach) is a wonderful surprise and a fab find! Spotlessly clean, they have won several awards and it’s not surprising why. Went 2 days in a row. My therapist- a lady named Wan was so skilled and her technique was absolutely top notch. She truly had magic fingers and was the loveliest lady you could meet. If you are in Surin and are looking for a good massage look no further than Wan at Relaxy Massage & Spa. All the others surrounding this place don’t stand a chance (as they look dark & dodgy) This one is marginally more expensive than the others, but well worth it. (Paid Bht 400 for 60 mins of the best Thai massage & Bht 650 for 90mins of Aroma oil massage) Wan is Wan in a million!! 5 stars!!

20260613 - was wondering around looking for cheaper massage but the market rate near surin beach area is 400 thb. Decided to come here after seeing the tripadvisor awards. For 400 thb, you get reclinable comfortable chair with therapy music and soothing water dripping sound away from main road traffic sound. Place was not so busy and hence have the place to myself most of the time. Pretty good massage.

This was the worst massage I had during our entire trip to Phuket. My husband and I went there specifically because it was one of the few places with Korean reviews, even though it was a bit far. The massage outfit was supposed to be folded up, but since they weren't good at it, they just barged in, stripped us off, and rushed us. My husband didn't fit, so he just lay down in the pants he was wearing. Just a few minutes after the massage started, they yelled at us while repeating the word "Tongbutong" (meaning "tight" or "muscle") several times. After whispering amongst themselves, they switched my masseuse. But that was a disaster. It seemed like they didn't know how to massage at all. They followed the sequence my husband's masseuse was using. However, since they didn't know the exact hand positions or pressure, they just climbed on top of me and started pressing down on me with all their might. They pressed hard on joints like my knees with all their might, and I thought my leg was going to break. They kept rubbing only one leg... they didn't know how to massage shoulders or arms at all... and instead of a scalp massage, they just stroked my head. Even during the final stretch, I didn't know how to hold my arm, so I just pulled it hard as if to rip it out. When I got back to my accommodation, I saw that my calves and arms were bruised, and because my stomach was pressed so hard, I couldn't digest it and had to buy medicine. 400 baht for a one-hour full-body Thai massage. It's more expensive than in other areas. Don't go. It's the worst.

This shop has many customers, but some may not be satisfied with their massage. The shop has resolved this by changing the masseuse, and the customers are now satisfied. However, some people who didn't actually use the service have written negative reviews. It's despicable that they wrote reports without actually being there. Just because you had a massage once and are dissatisfied doesn't mean you gave the staff a chance to improve. People should have some sense of ethics; they shouldn't just focus on hurting others with words or actions.
