The best staff! Having traveled to different countries and hotels, I have something to compare with. We arrived at 7:00 AM, check-in was at 2:00 PM, but the guy at reception was accommodating and gave us a room right away! Free of charge! Since we had purchased an extra bed for our child and the room was a bit cramped, they upgraded us to a larger room without asking. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was good, you can eat there – everything was clean and cozy, we liked it. Yes, the rooms aren't superb, but we knew where we were going and what kind of hotel it would be, so it met our expectations. They clean daily. Huge thanks to the hotel staff!

A very basic hotel. Breakfast isn't great, but they do provide scrambled eggs and juice. Room cleaning is only available if you put a sign on the door. There are no dental supplies. One towel per person (usually there are washcloths, shower …

A hotel for an overnight stay. The staff is quite friendly. When booking this hotel, the description mentioned a rooftop pool, which was one of the appealing features. Upon arrival, the pool was out of order and had been for some time. There's construction going on on the ground floor. Rooms facing the street are very noisy (they have single panes of glass). Breakfast is ok. Room cleaning is ok.

Everything's great. Those who aren't, want Rixos service for 1,000 baht a night. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are excellent, and the room has working air conditioning and a large TV.

Good service and good rooms , location as well and a good price to make a booking and nice Hotel ,I had ever seen before

The front desk staff provided excellent service. The room wasn't bad, which is understandable considering it was undergoing renovations.
