The Kee Resort

My husband and I can’t stop talking about our perfect wedding day at The Kee! The hotel itself is fantastic. We stayed in the Deluxe Jacuzzi Room during our 2 weeks stay, and it was extremely comfortable and kept impeccably clean by the staff for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff were amazing with all our friends and family who came to celebrate our special day. From check-in to check-out, we felt the care. The breakfast team in particular was fantastic with our young nephews, keeping them laughing and smiling. My husband can’t stop saying how much he misses the happy hour at the swim up bar. The pool is fantastic, made all the better by the easy access around the hotel. Plus, they make the best mango daiquiris! The Kee Spa is fantastic. Not only are their services excellent, but their facilities are beautiful and made for a fantastic “first look” location for photos and private vows. The team, especially Khun Mai, made our wedding day the best it could have ever been! We had the ceremony and reception up on the roof, and were blessed with excellent weather. My husband and I made a mood board of what we wanted, and the team took care of the rest - it was everything we thought it could be and more. The decorations, food, and service was all on point! We could not have asked for anything more. We are already making plans with our friends and family to go back!

We stayed here for 14 nights while in Phuket, and it's a cracking hotel in a perfect spot. It's right off Bangla Road in the busiest part of Patong Beach. I can't fault anything, the staff were excellent, and the rooms were perfect. The pool area was great for chilling during the day with a reasonably priced swim-up bar. Breakfast had tons of choices, and the food at the restaurant was awesome for those sunset views and tasty cocktails. I booked through TUI, and the rep was fantastic, helping us with any questions and booking a twilight canoe cruise that was amazing. I'd recommend it as a base for anyone staying in Patong or just passing through.

Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Service We stayed here for one night, and everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Tukta, who kindly assisted us with a late check-out until 1pm. Also, Downy at the lobby bar was always warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The breakfast restaurant staff were also wonderful. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Honestly, the outstanding service from all the staff made us very happy and helped us truly enjoy our holiday.

Fantastic Hotel (didn't want to go home) I'm not sure where to start, so here goes and sorry it is a long winded review. This hotel has its own private entry from busy Bangla Road, which is within walking distance from the hotel to bars, beach, shops and a large shopping centre. When you arrive you are greeted with a cool drink while your luggage and booking are taken care of, as the the night we arrived, it was very hot and humid. We had a pool access room which I was totally in awe of. The rooms are well appointed with a soaking bathtub and huge walk in rain shower. Coffee/tea making facilities. The Air Con was great for the really hot days and nights. I also wished I could have taken the mattress home with me, as we had the best night's sleep while staying at The Kee Resort. We were also here for the Songkran Festival (April 2026) and I can say, it is one of the most vibrant, electric atmospheres I have ever experienced, both at the hotel and out on the local streets. We will definitely be back next year for this event in April 2027. Above all, this hotel is amazing in many ways, such as the food for breakfast, pool bar where you can have your lunch, dinner or snack during the day, or the Sky Lounge Restaurant for an intimate dinner. I would to praise the staff from reception, porters, housekeeping, pool cleaners, maintenance, breakfast dining, kitchen and chefs, spa and massage for there constant unwavering help, smiling faces, friendly communication and their attention to detail. We have booked for another stay for later this year.

Fair and Layla provided the best reception experience ever.. extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Truly outstanding service and they made everything smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended! Natty was incredibly supportive and professional. She went above and beyond to help us and made difficult situations much easier to handle. Her kindness, quick support, and excellent management truly made a difference. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! Nut is truly exceptional at his job — professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a great attitude. His service exceeded expectations and made the whole experience much better. A real asset to the team!

Having stayed here twice in the past this is a tough review, so I’ll be brief. The Pros - Location is great, 5 min walk to the beach, Bangla Road, shopping, and great food options. Rooms are decent and large in size, it’s a little noisy but not enough to put me off. Great little swimming pool, best of all are the staff. Cons - they need to replace all their towels and bedding, they are not white, or soft, and it shows. The restaurant food options are limited, more authentic Thai options and better offers would have kept me from heading out just to get a bite to eat. During my stay it seemed an entire IOF battalion checked in every other day. They are noisy, rude, obnoxious, and entitled. Hanging flags from balconies isn’t acceptable, few more months and I’m sure they’ll claim the hotel was promised to them 3000 years ago. Their presence is felt throughout Phuket, something needs to change.
