I have no complaints about the masseuse; she did a good job, and I liked it. My complaint is about the establishment itself and the atmosphere. I went for a foot massage. The foot massage room is set up in such a way that it's almost completely dark in the evening, making it so relaxing. Now, on to the complaints: 1. The music. It's playing, but the music is about 5 minutes long and loops. It plays continuously. 2. I was lying opposite the restroom door. While I was lying there, the staff kept running back and forth to the restroom, turning on the lights, and the light was blinding. Afterwards, when guests go to pee in there, you can hear it all. 3. The staff. While they were giving the massage, they were constantly talking to someone, to the guests, constantly laughing, giggling, and hahahaha, thereby ruining the relaxation and enjoyment of the massage. Bottom line: The masseuse was good, that's all. I don't recommend it.

My husband and I were looking for a good value massage shop, and we visited after seeing reviews from Koreans. The staff were all so friendly and the massages were great, so we went back twice. It seemed like you could get foot massages on the first floor, but we went up to the second floor for oil and Thai massages. It was good.

Sandee massage provides great service. Staff are well trained and professional. Would visit again when I am in Patong.

I'm giving a 5-star review because of how nice the staff was. I paid 400 Baht for a 1 hour Head & Back massage. When we went to the upstairs room with the massage beds the loudest construction noise was coming from next door. I politely asked to cancel because it was too loud and not relaxing at all. We went back downstairs and they refunded my money right away and apologized. The place itself was very nice, and I would have most likely enjoyed a massage here if it wasn't for all the unfortunate construction next door.
