The space is spotless—minimal, serene, and beautifully maintained (swipe to see how clean and calming it looks 🤍). We started with a 30-minute foot massage that set the tone perfectly, followed by a 90-minute full body oil massage—and honestly, it was pure bliss. The therapists were gentle yet precise, hitting all the right pressure points. At one point, I was so relaxed I almost drifted off to sleep… and that’s when you know it’s GOOD. What really stood out: ✔️ Impeccable hygiene & cleanliness ✔️ Calm, soothing ambience ✔️ Professional and skilled therapists ✔️ Thoughtful little touches (tea + treats at the end 🍵) If you’re looking to unwind, de-stress, and truly switch off—this place is a must-visit. DON’T DO IT! WALK THE OTHER WAY! Extremely disappointing experience. This place looks luxurious and professional from the outside, but unfortunately the actual treatments were very poor. It felt like style over substance. They require full payment upfront, and after experiencing the service it became pretty obvious why. The staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive, communication was difficult due to very limited English, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant — including a noticeable sewage smell upon entering. The massage and treatments themselves felt very basic, rushed, and nowhere near the standard you would expect from a spa presenting itself as premium and catering to international tourists. Overall, this was one of the most underwhelming spa experiences we’ve had in Phuket and we would not return.

Really good! Spent about 5k Baht for mani pedi gel removal, mani padi gel application and cleaning - as well as hard coating, and hair spa for 1k + for 90 minutes. Took time but worth it, they’re precise. Kind staffs and helpful. Clean place and super sanitary. Would come again.

Had an amazing 2-hour pampering session at Pimnara Phuket Branch with Tool Package 3 ✨ The treatment included a 30-minute lemongrass body scrub followed by a 90-minute aromatherapy body massage — so relaxing and refreshing! Special thanks to Wanwi for the excellent service and professionalism throughout the session. She made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience in Phuket 💆🏻‍♀️🌿

Very bad experience in this supposedly well-known beauty institute in Phuket. I left with a burn on my eyebrow, including a fairly deep wound, as well as a burn on my lip after an eyebrow waxing. I paid 1000 baht to literally get burned. What shocked me the most was the behavior of the beautician: she applied wax on my eyelashes. Then she looked at me with scissors and said that she had no choice but to cut them. ➡️ She actually cut my eyelashes. This is completely unacceptable. How can a professional apply wax on a client’s eyelashes and then cut the eyelashes instead of acknowledging a serious mistake and handling the situation properly? When I explained that I was in severe pain, that the burns were visible, and that my eyebrows were not even properly finished, the only response from the staff and managers was: “Just apply some cream, it will go away.” They minimized the situation, calling it simple redness, while the burn was clearly visible and very painful. No apology, no responsibility taken, no professionalism or respect, from the reception staff to the management. This was the worst experience of my life in a beauty salon. I left shocked and traumatized. I am writing this to warn anyone considering going there: 👉 Terrible customer service 👉 Unprofessional and unsafe staff 👉 Irresponsible management This place should be avoided at all costs.

Pimnara Spa is the best spa in Patong, I really love the Hair Spa Treatment, the staff is very polite, warm welcome and good knowledge. Absolutely come back again. ❤️❤️

Therapists are professional. Massage was very relaxing. Has taken the 60 min body massage package but changed to 90. Was very nice!

Had the face lifting facial wth Sai and leg massage at the same time. I felt I was in heaven!!!! Amazing service and professionalism in the job. Skin felt soooo amazing after the facial 🌟 Would definitely come again when in Phuket! …

My masseuse was great. My wife’s experience was bad , she had an untrained unprofessional masseuse. My daughter did a facial and it was good but she says the acne facial lady definitely never enjoyed her job. On the whole the venue professional the atmosphere professional
