I tried the full body massage to relax . I was warmly welcomed and enjoyed the refreshing cold tea before the massage and the hot one afterwards . The place is good however noises can be heard inside the massage room and all the talks as its not isolated . The therapist was great and putting pressure as per your request. Different types of massagea are available and couple rooms are there . Its abusy spa , booking in advance is required

Family package is the best! Kids can do face massage and nail polish with you. Save a lot of hassle for families.

Currently staying at resort and have had a few treatments. All of them being very ordinary. A foot massage was my first treatment, where it’s not a relaxing environment at all. Basically you sit in chairs with being exposed to people walking past peeping their heads in whilst you get a message. You should just go to somewhere in Patong for a better experience, I went to the massage place next to the resort and it was far more relaxing and a better massage as well. Facial nothing great, and Indian head massage was blah. Thought I would give them one last chance with a deluxe manicure. This was supposed to include a hand massage, but not once did she massage my hands. Was supposed to go for an hour but only went for 50 minutes. If you want your nails done get the express manicure. One of the worst spas I have ever visited.

If you are looking to get gel removal here do not do it! They do it with a drill and made my nails so thin I decided not to get a new coat of gel applied not to mention they completely ruined one of my nails. Just stick with a regular manicure and I’m sure you will be just fine.

Not impressed by the massage, pressure uneven between masseuse’s left and right hands, and I had back pain for two days. Additionally it’s 3-4x the price of massage outside and I had a better experience outside.

Family package definitely very good value for money. Remember to book in advance. The spa is fairly fully book during my entire stay.

I had the signature massage. There were several spas near the resort that I wanted to try, including one with a beautiful view, but they were all fully booked. I compromised and chose the spa in the hotel, which exceeded my expectations. The 90-minute treatment included a full body and facial. Many places use a hot eye mask, but this one applied a cold one, which was a refreshing change. They even played something like a singing bowl used for meditation, so it was a very professional experience. The atmosphere of the room and the treatment facility were perfect, and I was very satisfied. However, as other reviews have mentioned, the foot massage may be a little noisy.
